Technical Lead – Full Stack

Experience: 8–12 years (Strong candidates Java 50% - React 50%)

Location – Bangalore/Hyderabad

Interview Levels – 3 Rounds

Tech Stack: Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, React, SQL

Focus: Hands-on coding, solution design, team leadership, delivery ownership

Must-Have Skills (Depth)

Java (8+): Streams, concurrency, collections, JVM internals (GC), exception handling.

Spring Boot: Security, Actuator, Data/JPA, Feign/RestTemplate, validation, profiles, configuration management.

Microservices: API design, service discovery, resilience patterns (Hystrix/Resilience4j), messaging (Kafka/RabbitMQ) optional.

React: Hooks, component lifecycle, state management, error boundaries, testing (Jest/RTL).

SQL: Joins, aggregations, indexing, query optimization, transaction isolation, schema design.

Testing: JUnit/Mockito for backend; Jest/RTL/Cypress for frontend.

DevOps: Git, CI/CD, containers (Docker), familiarity with deployment environments.

Responsibilities:

● Collaborate with the team to solve problems and build innovative products planned per the Sprints.

● Utilize your in-depth understanding of programming languages and tools to develop solutions using Java, Spring-boot, ReactJS, Redux, SQL, and AWS.

● Design the low level system architecture to meet business requirements.

● Develop core back-end and front-end infrastructure.

● Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends.

Skills:

● Proficiency in Java and React.

● Experience in full stack development.

● Strong problem-solving skills.

● Familiarity with data science concepts (preferred).

● SQL skills are a must.

The ideal candidate should have a background in Dot Net Development with MVC.

We are looking for a full stack Java Developer with an experience of 1+ years. The individual should have good technical knowledge of Core Java, Sql, Spring, Spring Batch, Spring Boot, Apache Spark. Exposure to sql databases like Oracle, Mysql, Microsoft Sql is a must. Any experience / knowledge / certification on Cloud technology preferrably Microsoft Azure is good to have. • Mock-ups and designs into pages complete with CSS, HTML, and Angular Writing tested, idiomatic, asynchronous and documented Angular, HTML and CSS. 
• Aware of new features in Angular 7,8,9 
• Ability to develop UIT from wireframes & prototypes 
• Write modular, secure, and well-tested front-end code cooperating with the back- end developer in the process of building the Restful API, Develop User interfaces for Modern Rich Internet Applications with the latest Front-End Technologies. 
• Experience Design overall architecture of the web application Proficient understanding of web trends and technologies like HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, object-oriented JavaScript, jQuery and Responsive design. 
• Must have experience of working on enterprise single page application can write client-side code for web-based applications, create fast, easy-to-use, high volume production applications, and develop prototypes quickly. Extensive experience of JavaScript, Angular, React and Node.js
