Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and completely own high-performance backend systems.
• Architect scalable, secure, and efficient system designs.
• Own database schema design and optimization for performance and reliability.
• Collaborate closely with frontend engineers, product managers, and designers.
• Guide and mentor junior team members .
• Explore and experiment with Generative AI capabilities for product innovation.
• Participate in code reviews and ensure high engineering standards.

Must-Have Skills:

• 2–5 years of experience in backend development at a product-based company.
• Strong expertise in database design and system architecture.
• Hands-on experience building multiple production-grade applications.
• Solid programming fundamentals and logical problem-solving skills.
• Experience with Python or Ruby on Rails (one is mandatory).
• Experience integrating third-party APIs and services.

Good-to-Have Skills:

• Familiarity with Generative AI tools, APIs, or projects.
• Contributions to open-source projects or personal side projects.
• Exposure to frontend basics (React, Vue, or similar) is a plus.
• Exposure to containerization, cloud deployment, or CI/CD pipelines.

• Experience on using Mendix Developer Studio for designing and developing Web-based
  applications
  Knowledge of web services
  Knowledge of export & importing data
  Knowledge of debugging the web services & microflows
  Understanding Data models and SQL Query Building
  Build applications using Schema Domain Entity Design, User Interface Development for
  Desktop, Tablet and Mobile devices
  Knowledge of building Microflows and Nanoflows and using Containers
  Understanding Data models and SQL Query Building
  Strong customer intrfacing and conflict resolution skills

JavaScript, jQuery, Angular or node, HTML, CSS, API consumption, DB knowledge, building responsive web apps. 

• Degree in English.
• Portfolio published articles.
• Experience doing research using multiple sources.
• Familarity with web applications.
• Excellent english written and able to communicate and collaborate effectively.
• Knowledge of Digital Marketing Tactics, including SEO, EMAIL MARKETING.
• MS Office suite experience
