Job Description:

Production Assurance and Maintenance Activities

1. Production Assurance L2 and L3 activities (Incident reporting and management, Incident resolution and RCA, Real time communication, Assigning defect severity and triaging, On-call Support, UAT support and deployment)

2. Application Maintenance (Software maintenance, Disaster recovery Planning and support, Business Continuity planning and support, Application documentation, Release Management activities, Configuration management, Change Control documentation, Metrics reporting etc

Development Activities

1. Business Requirements (BRD Reviews, Impact analysis and high level estimation)

2. High Level Design

3. Low Level design

4. Build (development, Unit Testing, Code reviews and static performance reports)

5. User Acceptance Testing Support (Defect resolution etc)

6. Performance testing Support and issue resolution

7. Implementation and Control (Implementation support and Post implementation support)

8. Configuration Management

9. DOcumentation and Reporting

Responsibilities:

1.     Sales Generation:

·       Identify and prospect potential clients to generate new business opportunities.

·       Conduct effective sales presentations and product demonstrations to showcase the value proposition of our offerings.

·       Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.

·       Follow up with leads and coordinate the entire sales cycle from initial contact to closing deals.

2.     Client Relationship Management (only for Senior Associate):

·       Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.

·       Provide exceptional customer service and address client inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.

·       Conduct regular client follow-ups to ensure client satisfaction and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.

3.     Market Analysis (only for Senior Associate):

·       Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.

·       Conduct market analysis to identify potential business opportunities and target markets.

·       Gather customer feedback and market insights to contribute to product and service enhancements.

4.     Sales Administration:

·       Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales records, including customer profiles, sales activities, and pipeline management.

·       Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management review.

·       Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to streamline processes and improve sales effectiveness.

Qualifications and Skills:

·       Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

·       Proven track record of 1-3 years in sales or business development roles for an associate and 4-6 years in sales and business development roles for a senior associate, preferably in a B2B environment.

·       Relevant experience like training Industry, HR consultancy, etc

·       Strong negotiation and persuasion skills with the ability to close deals.

·       Excellent communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written.

·       Self-motivated and target-driven, with a demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced sales environment.

·       Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and establish long-term client relationships.

Requirements:

∙Professional experience with JavaScript and associated web technologies (CSS, semantic HTML). 

∙Proficiency in the English language, both written and verbal, sufficient for success in a remote and largely asynchronous work environment. 

∙Demonstrated capacity to clearly and concisely communicate about complex technical, architectural, and/or organizational problems and propose thorough iterative solutions. 

∙Experience with performance and optimization problems and a demonstrated ability to both diagnose and prevent these problems.

Accounts Payable

• Identify & report duplicate invoice
• Self / Peer reviews of transactions completed
• Propose potential improvement opportunities

Accounts Receivable

• Review Master Setup/Updates
• Review Cash/Payment Application

General Ledger

• Review Journal entries
• Review accruals
• Review bad debt provisions
• Responsible for high-risk reconciliations
• Responsible for timely communication on issues, risks, and status updates
• Review & clear open Items
• Reconcile bank accounts (non-AP, AR bank accounts)

• Overall 3+  years of software development experience in building web-based and highly scalable applications. 

• Excellent understanding of core computer science concepts like algorithms, data structure, system design, OOP, etc. 

• Deep knowledge and development expertise in React Native/ReactJS 

• Hands-on coding experience in developing multi platform (iOS & Android) mobile applications with REST APIs.

• Experience working as a Full stack developer is a big plus.

• Experience in building single page applications or Javascript heavy front end applications in ReactJS is a big plus.

• Experience working in cloud environments with CI/CD and infrastructure automation is a big plus.

• Experience working in an agile team with software engineering practices like automated testing, test-driven-development, continuous integration, etc is a big plus. 

• Strong oral and written communication.

• Minimum 3 years as a technical lead
