About the Role :

We are hiring a hands-on Generalist Fullstack Engineer for a high-impact engineering team. This is a 90% coding role focused on building scalable products across frontend, backend, cloud, and modern AI-enabled engineering practices.

Mandatory Skills :

Full Stack Development (Frontend + Backend), JavaScript / Java / Node.js / Python / Go, ReactJS or modern UI frameworks, Microservices, AWS, Docker, Kubernetes, SQL/NoSQL, CI/CD, Terraform (IaC), Automated Testing (TDD), AI-enabled software delivery, and strong hands-on coding experience.

Key Requirements :

• 5 to 12 years of software development experience.
• Strong expertise in JavaScript, Java, Node.js, Python, or Go.
• Hands-on experience with ReactJS / modern frontend frameworks.
• Strong backend depth with microservices & event-driven architecture.
• Experience with AWS, Docker, Kubernetes.
• Exposure to AI tools/frameworks in software delivery.
• Strong understanding of SQL/NoSQL databases & data modelling.
• Experience with CI/CD, automated testing, Terraform (IaC).
• Working knowledge of TDD, pair programming, continuous integration, security best practices.

As a Executive, you will learn in various aspects of customer support like queries resolution, handling situations, interaction with customers. As a Customer Support Representative, you will be the main point of contact for our customers, providing assistance and resolving any issue they may have.

Responsibilities:

• Provide best-in-class customer service and problem resolution to customer queries over the voice-based phone service.

• Support customers across Telecommunication/E- mail/Chat, Meet customer requirements through first contact resolution.

• Clarify customer requirements; probe for and confirm understanding of requirements or problem.

• Greet customers in a courteous, friendly, and professional manner using agreed upon procedures.

· Minimum 3-5 years of Experiences working in Agile team with Strong knowledge of Software Testing Lifecycle (STLC) and Testing Fundamentals.

·Reviews design specifications to understand the scope, requirements, and function of the software product.

·Experience working with Project Management tools (Jira, Atlassian)

· Conducts testing to ensure products perform according to user requirements and within established guidelines.

· Identify, log , and recreate error and defects in Jira.

· Experience in test planning and estimations.

· Minimum 3+ years of Hands on Experience in Automation Testing with Core Java/Selenium or JavaScript/ WebDriverIO

· Experience in API Testing - Understanding of client-server architecture

· Experience on executing test cases on cross browsers on cloud platform browser stack.

· Exposure to AWS cloud platform ie Code Pipelines, Code Build etc for Automation testing

· Excellent verbal and written communications; ability to understand and explain issues clearly and concisely and establish effective working relationships.

· Strong problem solving and analytical skills; ability to analyze complex technical problems.

We are looking for LAMP-Stack developers. Someone with a minimum of 3 years of experience.
Must have:

• Strong verbal and written communication skills, analytical skills and the ability to learn quickly
• Creative approach to problem-solving with the ability to focus on details while maintaining the "big picture" view
• Proven experience of working on/with Composer,  PHP7, CodeIgniter, MySQL.
• Experience with creating and consuming APIs.
• Knowledge of wordpress, Python, Elasticsearch, Redis, RabbitMQ, Cloudflare would be a HUGE PLUS.
• Any other experience with languages like NODE will be appreciated (but must NOT be your primary skill)

The Job responsibilities would include:

• Create new features to existing web apps.
• Maintain & enhance current features based on requirements.

You must have the ability to work independently once you are made familiar with the code/project. We need someone who can make good logical decisions without compromising the quality of code.
