Job Overview:

We are looking for an experienced HR IT Recruiter to join our growing HR team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle for IT positions, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding top talent in various IT domains. This role demands a deep understanding of IT roles and the ability to align recruitment efforts with InfoGrowth's strategic business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the entire recruitment process, from understanding job requirements to sourcing, interviewing, and hiring IT candidates.
• Sourcing Candidates: Use various platforms (LinkedIn, job portals, social media, and networking) to actively search for and engage qualified candidates.
• Screening: Conduct initial screening calls to assess candidate qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
• Interview Coordination: Schedule and coordinate technical and HR interviews with relevant stakeholders.
• Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with hiring managers and department heads to define position requirements, ensure alignment, and provide regular updates.
• Offer Management: Assist in offer creation, negotiation, and ensuring smooth onboarding processes.
• Talent Pool Development: Maintain and update the candidate pipeline for future hiring needs.
• Employer Branding: Help promote InfoGrowth's employer brand through engagement initiatives, campus recruitment, and industry partnerships.
• Market Research: Stay updated on IT industry trends, salary benchmarks, and talent availability to provide strategic insights to the team.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Experience: 2-5 years of IT recruitment experience, preferably in an agency or corporate setting.
• IT Knowledge: Strong understanding of various IT roles and technologies (e.g., Cloud, DevOps, Software Development, Data Analytics, Cybersecurity, etc.).
• Sourcing Skills: Hands-on experience using job boards, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other recruitment tools.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication to engage candidates and coordinate with internal teams.
• Relationship Management: Ability to manage relationships with hiring managers and candidates, ensuring a smooth recruitment experience.
• Organizational Skills: Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple open positions simultaneously.

Preferred Skills:

What we look for:

We have a unique opportunity as we are looking for a Sales Manager at Epixel Solutions. You have the opportunity to build the sales process from the ground up. This position will be responsible for developing a sales team, coordinating sales operations, and implementing sales techniques that allow the business to meet and surpass its sales targets consistently. You will work with high-profile customers, evaluate budgets, and determine ways to simplify and improve the sales process.

Your tasks often include assigning sales territories, mentoring members of the sales team, setting quotas, assigning sales training, hiring salespeople, and building sales plans. You will also set goals, identify priorities and eliminate redundant activities to increase sales.

Additional duties could find you traveling to client sites, and attending conferences, conventions, and small workshops representing Epixel Solutions.

This position will report to the Chief Growth officer who heads up the Go To Market (GTM) team.

Responsibilities:

The duties and responsibilities of our ideal Sales Manager include:

• Developing and implementing strategic sales plans that expand a company’s customer base and solidify its presence.
• Achieving growth and hitting sales targets by successfully managing sales teams and by assessing the teams' strengths and weaknesses.
• Establishing productive and professional relationships with key personnel in assigned customer accounts.
• Building and promoting healthy, long-lasting customer relations by partnering with them.
• Developing and implementing new sales initiatives, strategies, and programs to capture key demographics.
• Providing daily/weekly/monthly and quarterly reports of field sales success and communicating the Voice of the Customer (VOC) to the reporting manager.

Requirements:

Prospective Sales Manager candidates should have a minimum of 5-10 years of experience working in the sales field, preferably in a fast-moving SaaS organization or startup. They should also have a successful and verified track record in leading a sales department to achieve its goals.

The right candidate should be able to identify opportunities in sales and profits and possess knowledge about allocating Sales Representatives to achieve or exceed set sales performance targets. The candidate must be skilled in data analysis and managing customers using customer relationship management (CRM) as this position involves working with a lot of data and prospects.

Familiarity with our tech stack would be a plus (Zoho, Calendly, Google Apps, Redmine)

The Epixel sales team is war-ready to support our international clients and prospects around the clock. Hence, candidates should be flexible working in three different shifts on and off according to business needs.

• 4- 10 years of experience in Java Developer
• Programming experience in Java Spring Boot, Springboot
• Strong understanding of Data Structures and Algorithms
• API-Driven Development - Solid experience in RESTful , and Microservices development
• Experience in working with one of the concurrency frameworks like Mono,
• Experience working in ORM frameworks like Entity, Hibernate, Dapper
• Strong relational database experience in either Oracle, MS SQL, or Postgres
• Knowledge on frontend technologies such as JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and modern JavaScript frameworks (React, Angular, etc.).
