Compliance Officer
Main Responsibilities:
Working in a Compliance role within a regulated environment.
ISO 14001/ESOS & Environmental
· To support the team through the collation of evidence in line with our ISO 14001 and ESOS reporting requirements.
· To conduct periodic reviews of EMS documentation.
· To coordinate internal audits related to EMS.
· To assist in creation of the monthly paper figures report.
Audit/Risk Management
· To coordinate and assist in conducting internal and external (third party) audits and report on any findings to the senior management.
· To help maintain the information security and EMS risk register.
Supplier Management
· To coordinate and triage the Supplier On boarding requests and escalate to Senior Compliance Officers.
· To assist in the ongoing management of Suppliers.
Policy Framework
· To manage the ongoing maintenance of the policy framework.
· To coordinate the review and update of policies through liaison with policy owners across the Group.
· To review policies owned by Compliance and where required draft changes.
· To review the effectiveness of policies and procedures associated with policies owned by Compliance.
Misc.
· To assist in the governance of the internal SOX framework.
