Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Scrum Master / Project Manager to lead Agile software development teams and ensure successful project delivery. Key Responsibilities

Required Skills

• 8–14years of experience in Scrum Master and/or Project Management roles.
• Strong knowledge of Agile, Scrum, and Kanban methodologies.
• Experience managing software development projects in Agile environments.
• Hands-on experience facilitating Scrum ceremonies and coaching Agile teams.
• Strong project planning, estimation, scheduling, and risk management skills.
• Experience with project management and Agile tools such as Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or Trello.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.

Preferred Qualifications
