About the Role

We’re looking for a Technical Product Manager to run execution across product, engineering, and customer-facing teams. You will own delivery, keep teams aligned, and ensure the right things ship at the right time — balancing product roadmap, customer issues, sales priorities, and platform reliability in a fast-moving startup environment.

What You’ll Do

• Own end-to-end delivery of engineering and product initiatives
• Build and maintain sprint plans, delivery timelines, and roadmaps
• Prioritize work across features, bugs, customer requests, sales needs, and infrastructure
• Work closely with engineers to translate requirements into clear execution plans
• Run Agile ceremonies (planning, stand-ups, reviews, retros)
• Track delivery, risks, and team capacity
• Communicate progress, blockers, and timelines to leadership and stakeholders
• Use data from tools like Mixpanel and monitoring systems to track delivery health

What We’re Looking For

• 4–8 years of experience with:
• 2+ years in technical project/program management
• 2+ years in software or engineering roles
• Strong understanding of Agile, SDLC, and modern product delivery
• Experience working with SaaS or product engineering teams
• Comfortable working in fast-paced, ambiguous startup environments
• Strong communication, ownership, and prioritization skills

We are seeking an Interior Designer who is passionate about functional aesthetics and has hands-on experience in residential interiors and modular kitchen planning. The ideal candidate will collaborate with our existing team, contribute fresh design ideas, and help streamline the overall design process, ensuring efficiency and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the planning, design, and execution of residential interior projects
• Create mood boards, 2D/3D layout plans, and presentations for client approvals
• Provide practical and efficient modular kitchen designs based on space and client needs
• Coordinate with clients, vendors, and in-house sales and execution teams
• Simplify design processes to enhance team efficiency and customer experience
• Ensure timely delivery of design documentation and support site teams when required
• Stay updated with market trends, materials, and finishes
• Support showroom display planning and material selections

🧠 Requirements:

• Degree/Diploma in Interior Design or related field
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in interior design, preferably with modular kitchen projects
• Proficiency in design tools like AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, or similar software
• Strong communication, visualisation, and presentation skills
• Ability to understand client needs and convert them into practical solutions
• A team player who can collaborate well and contribute to process improvement

• Assist in setting up and attending client meetings and presentations.
• Support the sales team with proposals and presentations.
• Maintain and update the CRM system.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Prepare regular sales activity reports

Skills :

• Required Excellent Communication with verbal and written skills
• Candidate should require experience in Domestic and International domains.
• Relationship Building & Market Research analysis.
• Candidate should be problem-solving and can work independently

• Experience with client handling, client management, and closing the deal.
