Sales Operations Analyst

Client is actively seeking a Sales Operations Analyst to join our Chennai Tech & Data team, with a focus on supporting and maintaining our Salesforce ecosystem and its integrated applications. Responsibilities

●         Salesforce System Support: Investigate, analyze, and resolve issues and bugs within Salesforce Sales Cloud and its associated applications, escalating complex issues as needed.

●         Enhancement Collaboration: Support the development and deployment of enhancements to the Salesforce ecosystem, working closely with stakeholders to ensure best practices and business needs are met.

●         Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough testing of developed solutions to ensure they function correctly and integrate seamlessly with existing systems.

●         Documentation and Knowledge Sharing: Maintain clear documentation of issues, solutions, and best practices, contributing to knowledge sharing and process improvement within the team.

●         System Monitoring and Optimization: Monitor the performance of Salesforce systems, proactively identifying opportunities for optimization and efficiency improvements.

●         Process Improvement: Contribute to refining and implementing operational processes and workflows, enhancing overall team efficiency and effectiveness.

●         Agile Participation: Actively engage in Agile ceremonies, providing insights and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications for Success:                                                                                                            

●         Salesforce Expertise: 2+ years of experience in Salesforce administration, configuration, or customization. Salesforce Administrator certification is preferred but not mandatory.

●         Agile Methodologies: Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools like JIRA/Confluence is a plus.

●         Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Strong ability to analyze issues, identify solutions, and implement process improvements.

●         Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written English skills to collaborate effectively with global teams.

●         Proactive Learning: A motivated individual with a demonstrated desire to enhance skills and grow professionally in a fast-paced environment.

●         Team Player: Ability to work both independently on assigned tasks and collaboratively within a team to achieve shared goals.

Responsibilities of candidate include:

• Calling and visiting customers 

• Collect payment

➢ Demonstrates ownership to resolve challenging customer issues, escalating 

when necessary.

➢ Call customers with overdue accounts. 

➢ understand and explain benefits of repayment and credit history of 

customer. 

➢ Correct customer misunderstanding on product policy and terms.

 ➢ Set up payment plan and follow-up schedule. 

➢ Educate customer on consequences for late payment.

 ➢ Escalate difficult or unusable case to team leaders. 

➢ Provide feedback on reason for default to team Leader.

Requires candidates who is fluent in English and Hindi or English and 2 South Indian Languages

Job Summary

The Senior Accounts Associate support payables, review district officer vouchers, assist with general ledger and process purchase orders, vendor payments, staff travel, and activity facilitation. Position is responsible for completeness and accuracy of the books of accounts, compilation of reports and ensuring timeliness of all payments and recording of transactions.

Key Responsibilities:

"Administration and Accounts Associates" at site offices will report to the Senior Accounts Associate, and will be responsible for:

• Weekly MIS & burn rates
• Monthly financial reports
• Bank reconciliation in Netsuite ERP
• Bank Payments in Netsuite ERP
• Overall responsibility for books, registers  & daily updation
• Daily Book keeping: including project codes and CoA
• Registers for control of inventory/supplies
• Manage Imprest & advances
• Tracking timely settlement of imprests & advances 
• Payment of rent and other monthly dues
• Scrutinize travel and project claims
• Documentation assurances for all transactions
• Records management
• Syncronize with YRG ERP
• Coordination with procurement
• Complying with procurement policy
• Overall responsibility for policies
• TDS, GST and other statutory obligations
• Insurance and verification of possession (annual)

Skill qualification and experience:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in any commerce or business with 3-5 years related experience
• Exposure to non-profit organizations desired
• Strong problem-solving skills and impeccable attention to detail, timeliness and accuracy.
• Ability to speak, understand, read and write in English
• Fluency in regional languages/Hindi will be an advantage
• Good computer skills e.g. MS Word, PowerPoint, MS Excel
