Performance Test Lead

We are looking for an enthusiastic and organized Operations Assistant to join our team. This entry-level role is ideal for fresh graduates who are eager to start their career in operations and administration. You will support day-to-day operations, coordinate tasks between teams, and help ensure smooth workflow across the organization. 

Key Responsibilities: 

• Assist the operations team in daily administrative and operational tasks.

 • Support scheduling, documentation, and record-keeping. 

• Help track project timelines and deliverables. 

• Maintain and update data in spreadsheets and databases accurately. 

• Prepare reports and presentations for management using Excel and other tools. 

• Coordinate communication between teams and departments. 

• Learn and follow company policies, procedures, and operational guidelines. 

• Identify small process improvements and suggest ideas to enhance efficiency. 

Qualifications: 

• Fresh graduate with a degree in Management, Commerce, or a related field. 

• Strong organizational and multitasking skills. 

• Good written and verbal communication skills. 

• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). 

• Eager to learn, proactive, and a team player. 

• Experience in Python
• Experience in any Framework like Django, and Flask.
• Primary and Secondary skills - Python, OOPs and Data Structure
• Good understanding of Rest Api 
• Familiarity with event-driven programming in Python 
• Good analytical and troubleshooting skills

As a Software Engineer - Frontend you’ll be part of the Frontend team, implementing beautiful web designs made by our designers to keep both our site and the internal web-based tools we use fresh and up to date on top of working on new projects alongside this, there is always something new and interesting to work on. 

Your Team Mates

The frontend team consists of both our frontend developers and designers, we work closely with all parts of the business to create tools that vary across the whole company, from the publishing team to create a portal for people to submit games, the marketing team on things like our website, all the way to our internal teams for things like administration and analytics.

What Does The Job Actually Involve?

• Implementing designs for our website/web tools created by our design team

• Create and update interactive interfaces used throughout the company

Your Hard Skills

• Minimum 2 years browser-based programming experience

• A proven track record of programming high quality and innovative web pages using Javascript, HTML5 & CSS3 and relevant frameworks (ideally ReactJS but could also be others e.g. AngularJS, NodeJS, Handlebars, jquery, gulp)

• An excellent working knowledge of various programming languages, databases and scripting tools including at least one of bash, MySQL, CouchBase, Python, Java, C#, JSP, PHP

• A creative mindset motivated by challenges and constantly striving for the best

• Interest in mobile games

Automation Testing Engineer - Job description

QA Automation Test Engineer is expected to plan, design, implement and maintain test automation infrastructure to enable continuous automated testing of all solutions.

• Analyze product architecture; define, develop, and drive functional test automation strategy using appropriate automation/performance tests
• Develop/enhance the framework for creating a test automation suite for smoke and regression testing integrated with the release process
• Create and prepare end-to-end technical solutions for CI/CD
• Develop test plan/strategy to support testing
• Conduct Proof of Concept for automation testing feasibility on a project as required
• Prepare roadmap for progressive automation and focus on low maintenance
• Ensure test cases have full traceability back to business requirements and technical specifications
• Develop, maintain, and communicate automated reports and testing metrics to the project stakeholders

SKILLS AND CANDIDATE QUALIFICATIONS:

• Demonstrated 3+ years’ experience in Test Automation (or software development) with web-based software
• Experience working within a fast-paced Agile/SCRUM system is a strong preference
• Proven experience in both open-source UI & API test automation tools like Selenium WebDriver, Rest Assured, Cucumber using Java & other scripting languages with exposure to performance testing
• Experience delivering Selenium Frameworks for API testing web portals
• Should be able to create a Selenium automation framework from scratch
• Proven experience in using continuous integration technologies like Bamboo / Jenkins to integrate automated testing (unit, smoke, and regression) with the release process
