Job Title: .NET Developer with Cloud Migration Experience

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled .NET Developer with experience in C#, MVC, and ASP.NET to join our team. The ideal candidate will also have hands-on experience with cloud migration projects, particularly in migrating on-premise applications to cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS.

Responsibilities:

• Develop, test, and maintain .NET applications using C#, MVC, and ASP.NET
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features
• Participate in code reviews and ensure coding best practices are followed
• Work closely with the infrastructure team to migrate on-premise applications to the cloud
• Troubleshoot and debug issues that arise during migration and post-migration phases
• Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in .NET development and cloud computing

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
• X+ years of experience in .NET development using C#, MVC, and ASP.NET
• Hands-on experience with cloud migration projects, preferably with Azure or AWS
• Strong understanding of cloud computing concepts and principles
• Experience with database technologies such as SQL Server
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Microsoft Azure or AWS certification
• Experience with other cloud platforms such as Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
• Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools

Qualifications:

• B.E in computer science or related fields.
• Hand on development experience with web & database technologies (MS SQL).
• Excellent programming & communication skills Strong problem solving, judgmental, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to work at the tactical and strategic levels of IT initiatives.
• Impressive hands-on experience in .Net technologies. Impressive hands-on experience and knowledge with C#, SQL, JSON, XML, Win Forms & MVC, Angular, JavaScript, jQuery , HTML/CSS.

About the job

The ideal candidate will be familiar with the full software design life cycle. They should have experience in designing, coding, testing and consistently managing applications They should be comfortable coding in a number of languages and have an ability to test code in order to maintain high-quality code.

Job Responsibilities :

• Design and develop scalable systems using .Net Core/ASP.Net MVC and SQL.
• Writing T-SQL scripts, stored procedures and performance tuning.
• Migrating applications to newer technologies
• Understanding requirements and convert into technical designs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or relevant field
• 1 to 4+ years of experience working with .NET or relevant experiences
• Experience developing web-based applications in C#, HTML, JavaScript, VBScript/ASP, or .NET
• Experience working with MS SQL Server and MySQL Knowledge of practices and procedures for full software design life cycle

You'll be working on : .Net WEB API projects, .Net core Version 6.0, Cloud projects using Azure like Working with DataBricks, EventHubs, Cosmos DB, WebHook, etc., SQL DB, Postgres SQL, Migration projects, DataLake projects.

REQUIREMENTS: 

·      Relevant expertise in C#, HTML5, CSS, JavaScript and Unit testing.

·      Should be capable to work any one of the Database: SQL Server/MySQL/Oracle.

·      Should have worked on .Net Framework, .Net Core, ASP.NET MVC and Object Oriented Programming System (OOPS)

·      Should have worked on Asp.Net MVC or Asp.Net Web forms.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

·      Analyzing the project’s requirements and the ability to convert said requirements into technical documents, design and code.

·      Implementing design methodologies and tool sets.

·      Writing well-designed, defect free code which scales well and follows all best practices and guidelines.

·      Executing the development of software with a strong focus on the security, performance, and robustness.

·      Conducting deep level analysis to identify root cause to systematically resolve issues.

·      Following all defined software configuration management best practices.

·      Reviewing code to identify issues as well as deviations from best practices.

·      Addressing issues promptly, responding positively to setbacks and challenges with a mindset of continuous improvement.

• Ability to complete all phases of software development life cycle including analysis, design, functionality, testing and support 
• Ability to develop large scale web/database applications 
• Ability to work on multiple projects with multiple deadlines 
• Ability to communicate clearly with business users and project manager 
• Ability to innovate and provide functional applications with intuitive interfaces 
• Proven experience with Microsoft .NET technologies including, .Net Core, ASP.NET, ADO.NET 
• Strong in Jquery/javascrpit/CSS/Bootstrap
• Familiarity with architecture styles/APIs (REST, RPC)
• Knowledge of Design/architectural patterns (e.g. MVC)
• Understanding of Agile methodologies
• Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills
• Excellent documentation skills for Technical Documentation.
