Job Description: Data Engineer

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Data Engineer to join our  team. As a Data Engineer, you will play a critical role in designing, building, and optimizing data pipelines that ensure the availability, reliability, and performance of our data infrastructure. You will collaborate closely with data scientists, analysts, and cross-functional teams to provide timely and efficient data solutions.

Responsibilities

● Design and optimize data pipelines for various data sources

● Design and implement efficient data storage and retrieval mechanisms

● Develop data modelling solutions and data validation mechanisms

● Troubleshoot data-related issues and recommend process improvements

● Collaborate with data scientists and stakeholders to provide data-driven insights and solutions

● Coach and mentor junior data engineers in the team

Skills Required: 

● Minimum 4 years of experience in data engineering or related field

● Proficient in designing and optimizing data pipelines and data modeling

● Strong programming expertise in Python

● Hands-on experience with big data technologies such as Hadoop, Spark, and Hive

● Extensive experience with cloud data services such as AWS, Azure, and GCP

● Advanced knowledge of database technologies like SQL, NoSQL, and data warehousing

● Knowledge of distributed computing and storage systems

● Familiarity with DevOps practices and power automate and Microsoft Fabric will be an added advantage

● Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with outstanding communication and collaboration abilities

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a Computer related field

Developing and maintaining web applications that are optimised for various devices and browsers

Implementing responsive design and cross-browser compatibility for different screen sizes

Developing user-friendly and interactive web features such as buttons, forms, and menus

Using JavaScript libraries and frameworks such as React or Angular to build complex web applications and interactive features. In-depth knowledge of JavaScript, CSS, HTML, and front-end languages.Knowledge of REACT tools including React.js, Webpack, Enzyme, Redux, and Flux

PLUS WebAPI

Testing web applications to ensure they are bug-free and work seamlessly for the end-users.Experience with browser-based debugging and performance testing software is preferred

Key requirements 

• B.Tech in Computer Applications, IT, MCA or related field is a must 
• At least 3 years of supervisory experience in managing teams

• Prior experience of working with a digital agency/IT Services firm is a +  
• Experience of US/North America projects in addition to India is a +

As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for constantly looking to improve the product by analyzing and benchmarking.

• Understanding user behavior and demonstrating the same
• Analyzing data, postulating theories, conducting experiments, measuring performance and reiterating
• Quantifying & communicating the “gap” as well as the gains to relevant stakeholders
• Carrying a vision for the launch and a drive to nurture the product henceforth

Desired Candidate Profile

• Graduation from a Tier 1 college(IIT, NIT, BIT)
• 3 years of experience in the development of user-facing products
• Minimum 2 years of experience working as a Product Manager
• Good experience working with a start-up company
