Payroll Lead - APAC EMEA and North America Region JD:

Experience: 4-6 yrs of Exp.

Shift : 4 pm to 1 am

Oversee the payroll operations in EMEA & APAC and North America (Exp in Countries - Germany, France, UK and Spain)

Provide direct support and governance to third party payroll vendor. Implement, direct, and maintain procedures to ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll outside the U.S., in conjuncture with HR.

Work with Legal, Finance, Accounting and HR to ensure payroll compliance in all regions. Be the point of contact for day-to-day international payroll operations. Ensure service delivery is accurate, timely and aligned with service level agreements.

Manage the ongoing relationship with the payroll vendor across the regions, coordinating with HR, Finance, Accounting, and local teams where needed. Track and report on the global payroll vendor's performance (i.e., open tickets, SLAs, etc.). Work with the vendor to effectively address employee inquiries.

Act as point of contact regarding the update of international payroll data to

Qualifications

Mandates : 

•Strong history of payroll coordination across multiple international countries including APAC,EMEA and North America

•Experience of working with projects, making process improvements or new vendor implementations would be advantageous.

•Experience managing a third-party payroll vendor.

•Experience of dealing with key stakeholders (HR, IT, Finance)

•Significant progressively responsible experience in a similar role within a fast-paced environment

•Excellent analytical and problem solving with confidence to make decisions and manage escalations

•Must be highly engaging, confident communicator and detail orientated.

•Experience on ADP SPM, ADP workforce and Ceridian Dayforce 

•B. Com / M.Com with 4-6 years relevant experience.

•Strong verbal and written communication skill.

•Team player and ability to work with strict timeline.

•Flexible to work in US shifts.

•Good in Microsoft Office.

•Ability to take ownership of the work.

•Ability to manage the stakeholders independently.

We are looking for a seasoned Data Engineer to join the Data Platform Engineering team supporting a Unified Data Platform (UDP). This role requires hands-on expertise in DBT, GCP, BigQuery, and PySpark, with a solid foundation in CI/CD, data pipeline optimization, and agile delivery.

Mandatory Skills : GCP, DBT, Google Dataform, BigQuery, PySpark/Spark SQL, Advanced SQL, CI/CD, Git, Agile Methodologies.

Key Responsibilities :

• Design, build, and optimize scalable data pipelines using BigQuery, DBT, and PySpark.
• Leverage GCP-native services like Cloud Storage, Pub/Sub, Dataproc, Cloud Functions, and Composer for ETL/ELT workflows.
• Implement and maintain CI/CD for data engineering projects with Git-based version control.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Infra, Security, and DataOps for reliable, secure, and high-quality data delivery.

Job description:

6+ years of hands on experience with both Manual and Automated testing with strong preference of experience using AccelQ on Salesforce ans SAP platforms.

Proven expertise in Salesforce particularly within the Sales Cloud module.

Proficient in writing complex SOQL and SQL queries for data validation and backend testing.

Extensive experience in designing and developing robust, reusable automated test scripts for Salesforce environments.

Highly skilled at early issue detection, with a deep understanding of backend configurations, process flows and validation rules.

Should have a strong background in Salesforce testing, with hands-on experience in automation tools such as Selenium, Provar, or TestNG. 

You will be responsible for creating and maintaining automated test scripts, executing test cases, identifying bugs, and ensuring the quality and reliability of Salesforce applications. 

A solid understanding of Salesforce modules (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, etc.) and APIs is essential. 

Experience with CI/CD tools like Jenkins and version control systems like Git is preferred. 

You will work closely with developers, business analysts, and stakeholders to define test strategies and improve the overall QA process. 

Minimum 3 years of experience in Sales Cloud is required.

Proficiency in test automation using any tool (AccelQ preferred).

Hands-on experience with API testing.
