We are seeking a Corporate Account Manager with proven expertise in B2B enterprise sales and account management in the GCC market, preferably from the E-Learning / Training industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive B2B sales and corporate account acquisition across Dubai, UAE, and GCC countries.
• Manage enterprise clients by building and nurturing long-term relationships with CXO-level decision-makers (HR, L&D, Business Heads).
• Identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling E-Learning solutions within key accounts.
• Execute end-to-end sales cycle: lead generation, pitching, solution customization, proposal, negotiation, and deal closure.
• Develop and implement market penetration strategies specific to GCC / Middle East corporate sector.
• Stay updated on regional market trends, competitor offerings, and pricing strategies.
• Work closely with internal teams (content, delivery, and operations) to ensure successful client onboarding and satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate sales reports, pipeline management, and revenue forecasting using CRM tools.

Key Skills & Competencies

• Corporate Account Management in the E-Learning / EdTech / Training industry.
• Proven B2B enterprise sales track record in the UAE / GCC market.
• Strong ability in consultative and solution selling for learning & development programs.
• Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
• 5+ years of experience in Corporate Account Management / Enterprise Sales.
• Must have experience in the E-Learning, Training, or EdTech industry.
• Hands-on exposure to UAE / GCC market corporate clients is mandatory.

Job Responsibilities:

• Managing and maintaining the efficient functioning of containerized applications and systems within an organization
• Design, implement, and manage scalable Kubernetes clusters in cloud or on-premise environments
• Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines to automate infrastructure and application deployments, and track all automation processes
• Implement workload automation using configuration management tools, as well as infrastructure as code (IaC) approaches for resource provisioning
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize the performance of Kubernetes clusters and underlying cloud infrastructure
• Ensure high availability, security, and scalability of infrastructure through automation and best practices
• Establish and enforce cloud security standards, policies, and procedures Work agile technologies

Primary Requirements:

• Kubernetes: Proven experience in managing Kubernetes clusters (min. 2-3 years)
• Linux/Unix: Proficiency in administering complex Linux infrastructures and services
• Infrastructure as Code: Hands-on experience with CM tools like Ansible, as well as the 
• knowledge of resource provisioning with Terraform or other Cloud-based utilities
• CI/CD Pipelines: Expertise in building and monitoring complex CI/CD pipelines to 
• manage the build, test, packaging, containerization and release processes of software
• Scripting & Automation: Strong scripting and process automation skills in Bash, Python
• Monitoring Tools: Experience with monitoring and logging tools (Prometheus, Grafana)
• Version Control: Proficient with Git and familiar with GitOps workflows.
• Security: Strong understanding of security best practices in cloud and containerized 
• environments.

Deployment Oversight: Serve as the central point of contact for all financial solution

deployment activities, ensuring seamless execution and coordination.

● Monitoring and Tracking: Utilize project management tools and software to monitor the

progress of deployments, identifying any deviations from the planned timeline or scope.

● Issue Resolution: Proactively identify and address deployment issues and roadblocks,

collaborating with cross-functional teams to find timely solutions.

● Communication Hub: Facilitate clear and timely communication between internal

stakeholders and external clients regarding deployment status, updates, and

escalations.

● Risk Management: Assess deployment risks and develop mitigation strategies to

minimize disruptions and ensure successful project outcomes.

● Performance Analysis: Analyze deployment metrics and key performance indicators to

evaluate the efficiency and effectiveness of deployment processes, driving continuous

improvement.

● Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of deployment activities,

including timelines, milestones, issues, and resolutions. Generate regular reports for

management review.

● Stakeholder Engagement: Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, including

internal teams, clients, and third-party vendors, to foster collaboration and alignment

throughout the deployment process.

Desired Candidate Profiles:-

● Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Project Management, or a

related field. Advanced degree or certification is a plus.

● Proven experience in project management or deployment coordination roles, preferably

in the financial services or technology industry.

● Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

and prioritize tasks effectively.

● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey complex

information clearly and concisely
