Role Overview

We are seeking a highly strategic and execution-driven professional to join as the Web3 Marketing Head. This role will act as a key lead for managing and driving client project initiatives, ensuring flawless execution, stakeholder alignment, and integration with our overall marketing objectives. The individual will work closely with senior leadership, marketing, and client teams to accelerate project outcomes, streamline communication, and maintain operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

1.Project Leadership & Execution

• Lead and oversee client marketing projects from initiation to delivery.
• Ensure alignment of client project goals with overall marketing strategies.
• Drive timelines, milestones, and deliverables across cross-functional teams.

2.Client & Stakeholder Management

• Serve as the primary liaison between marketing leadership, client teams, and cross-department stakeholders.
• Anticipate client needs and proactively address challenges or bottlenecks.
• Ensure client deliverables are met with the highest quality standards.

3.Strategic Planning & Alignment

• Support the Marketing leadership in defining priorities for client-driven initiatives.
• Ensure consistency of brand, messaging, and compliance across all client project touchpoints.
• Provide insights to leadership on project progress, risks, and opportunities.

4.Operational Excellence

• Establish frameworks and processes for efficient project tracking and reporting.
• Implement best practices to improve client project execution efficiency.
• Work with compliance/legal and third-party partners to ensure adherence to regulations.

5.Team Leadership

• Mentor and guide marketing associates/managers working on client projects.
• Foster collaboration across design, content, digital, and regional marketing teams.
• Promote a culture of accountability, innovation, and client-centricity.

Key Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
• Prior experience in web3 would be a major plus.
• 8+ years of experience in marketing, project management, or client engagement roles.
• Proven track record in leading client-facing projects in a marketing-driven environment.
• Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
• Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Familiarity with compliance and third-party approval processes for marketing campaigns (preferred).

Job Title : Senior Technical Consultant (Polyglot)

Role Overview :

We seek passionate polyglot developers (Java/Python/Go) who love solving complex problems and building elegant digital products.

You’ll work closely with clients and teams, applying Agile practices to deliver impactful digital experiences..

Mandatory Skills :

Strong in Java/Python/Go (any 2), with frontend experience in React/Angular, plus knowledge of HTML, CSS, CI/CD, Unit Testing, and DevOps.

Key Skills & Requirements :

Backend (80% Focus) :

• Strong expertise in Java, Python, or Go (at least 2 backend stacks required).
• Additional exposure to Node.js, Ruby on Rails, or Rust is a plus.
• Hands-on experience in building scalable, high-performance backend systems.

Frontend (20% Focus) :

• Proficiency in React or Angular

What you'll do

● Lead and oversee experience design projects and programs that influence positive change/impact across one more adjacent product teams

● Build wireframes, prototypes, and visual designs using best-in-class UI frameworks, and design systems to tackle difficult UX problems

● Partner closely with cross-functional partners to build strategic and impactful experience roadmaps

● Facilitate design workshops, critiques, and co-creation sessions that focus stakeholders on solving the underlying root causes of user/customer pain points instead of jumping to end-solutions

● Be a key stakeholder in building the design team and be sought out by adjacent teams for your obsession with craft quality and domain expertise

● Own design problems end to end, from initial concept through shipping and beyond

Basic Qualifications

● 7+years of UI/UXdesign experience

● A portfolio showing your high-quality, thoughtful UI and UX work

● A degree in HCI, Graphic Design, or related fields (B.Des, M.Des etc) ● Strategic product thinker with the ability to understand product goals, identify opportunities and make decisions based on the impact on people and the company

● Interaction design experience with the ability to define how an experience should behave based on understanding people's needs. Ability to use prototyping skills to demonstrate how a particular flow or interaction will work

● Experience with a breadth of design disciplines- design thinking, applied service design, user experience research, and beyond

● Must know-Figma,,Adobe Creative Cloud, Lottie files, Prototyping and deep understanding of components, design systems

● Must have experience with designing 0-1 products and scaling them

● Must have an understanding of visual and motion graphics to work with visual & motion designers to incorporate the requirements in the design process
