The developer will be regarded as the technical expert on all development related tasks. This includes business understanding and documentation, data flow and data architecture, development, unit testing and deployment. The ideal candidate would have 3+ years of development experience across various technologies including but not limited to .NET CORE, C#, ASP.NET, Web Services, MVC, JQuery, JSON, MS SQL Server 2008/2012/2014,CICD( Concepts in Continuous Integration and Deployment) SSRS, SSIS, Stored Procedures, SQL Queries, Version Control.

Role Details for Operations Lead:
Operations excellence for the geography
This role will require delivering top notch customer experiences, drive at center revenue,
manage costs and deliver profitability across centers in the assigned region.

Key responsibilities include:
1. Managing P&L
○ Responsible for driving revenue (In-center pack sales and renewals, Store
revenue and Additional sources)
○ Manage operational costs and drive initiatives to optimize expenditures
○ Drive initiatives to improve footfalls and new customer acquisition (Lead
generation)

2. Customer experience:
○ Drive on-time performance across centers and deliver on key business metrics
○ Work with stakeholders to manage supply and demand across centers
○ Facilitate maintenance and upkeep of centers to ensure that they are ‘Always
New’
○ Manage a high performing and motivated team, mentor Center Managers at
regular intervals to elevate customer interactions and manage escalations

3. Other responsibilities:
○ Reviews with key stakeholders at regular intervals
○ Resourcing/Hiring high quality manpower with cost guardrails

Key metrics the owner is responsible for include:
● At center sales and additional revenue (conversion and lead generation)
● At center costs
● Footfalls
● Center standards score (always new, on time, availability)
● Product rating & NPS

● Understanding of MVC design patterns

● At least 1 Year of Laravel, PHP experience is a must

Hiring for Automation Test Engineer

Experience in Selenium; Java
Atleast 1+ year of experience in sitecore testing
Good communication skills

Key responsibilities

 

Write simple, understandable, testable, and efficient code with focus on solid technical stability and performance.

Drive technical improvement by applying software craftsmanship in everyday work as well as by identifying and executing larger refactoring/improvement initiatives.

Contribute in implementation of complex features and design work within the team.

Skills:

 

Hands-on experience with modern Ruby on Rails practices and development. (1-2 years)

Experience with writing clean, maintainable and scalable code

Good awareness of the Ruby on Rails ecosystems and being in touch with the latest developments in this area

Experience in developing backend APIs/services, micro-service architecture.

Have a clear understanding of database technologies

Awareness/experience with testing methodologies like RSpec

A high-performance mindset to deliver good quality code and also an understanding of the product

Openness with working in a culture of inclusiveness and individual responsibility and experience with Agile methodologies.

Good communication skills – good knowledge of English, both written and oral

 

Good to have:

 

Working knowledge of react or other JS based frameworks.

Hands on experience with python, nodeJS, mongo db

The ideal candidate is a highly resourceful and innovative developer with extensive experience in the layout, design and coding of websites specifically in PHP format. You must also possess a strong knowledge of web application development using PHP programming language and MySQL Server databases. 

 

Responsibilities

 

- Who can understand and demonstrate to maintain Data Quality in high volume data  systems.

- One who can understand and can deliver highly tested system

- Who can routines to test their own code using negative sql concepts.

- Who can use OOP concepts with same class being used everywhere.

- Knowledge in Angular.js and Laravel is mandatory

- College degree is not mandatory

IIITs or equivalent)
• Familiar with native build tools - XCode, Android studio, etc.
• Ability to write readable and maintainable JavaScript code
• Ability to build pixel-perfect user interfaces with smooth interactions
• Knowledge of Web technologies and concepts - HTML, CSS, REST APIs,
Caching, etc.
• Knowledge on Android and iOS fundamentals is a must
• Experience developing Android/iOS native applications using
Java/Kotlin/Swift/Objective C is a plus
• Mobile application development experience with Flutter/Ionic is a plus

Manage end to end offline marketing. Identify, engage and build successful cross-marketing partnerships with other companies. Help improve the reach of Rapido and increasing the app usage.
