Ensuring that support agents have the necessary tools and resources to do their jobs effectively.
Maintaining and reporting on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to support operations.
Developing and delivering training programs to improve the skills of the support team.
Continuously review and analyze business processes to identify areas of improvement and
develop strategies to enhance support performance.
Identifying and implementing process improvements to increase efficiency and customer
satisfaction.
Identifying and documenting business processes
Writing documents like help articles, SOPs, and other materials that explain complex technical

Work with the subject matter experts to gather information about the products or processes

Editing and revising documents that have already been written by other team members or
subject matter experts to ensure accuracy and consistency.
Work closely with other teams to gather information, review documentation, and ensure that
the documentation meets the needs of the audience.
Managing the entire documentation process, from planning and research to writing and
publishing.
Responsible for ensuring that documentation is up-to-date and easily accessible to end-users.

The primary goal of this candidate is to achieve benefits from standardizing and following project management policies, processes, and methods to be leveraged by multiple project owners. The candidate should have the ability to provide a decision support information for stakeholders (including executives) to make appropriate decisions. The candidate should also could underpin the project delivery mechanisms ensuring that all business change in an organization is managed in a controlled way.

What you need to have:
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
- 2+ years of experience in a similar role preferred
- Previous experience with e-commerce, logistics is preferable
- Excellent written and verbal communication, good presentation skills and ability to express thoughts logically.

- Support the transition by planning and overseeing the transfer of members from one location to another, including but not limited to operational readiness, support documentation, knowledge transfer and acceptance checklists
- Support in ensuring transition activity is planned and executed to schedule, budget and scope
- Support in establishing transition end to end plans including infrastructure support models, change management, risk assessment and mitigation, resource planning and service management with clear tollgates
- Liaise with transition lead on milestone scheduling, knowledge transfer activities, and communication of progress (KPIs)
- Keep stakeholders involved in transition process and update them with the progress and roadblocks
- Promote awareness of transition planning and support processes within the GCC
- Support the Transition Lead to source and assess opportunities to expand the centre (including assessment of Make vs. Buy, offshore / on shore)
- Work directly with third party resources on a day-to-day basis to support the transition process during the set-up of the GCC
Skills:
- Proven knowledge of service transition methodology, tools and templates through experience or qualifications
- The ability to identify, escalate and manage project risks with the Transition Lead
- 3+ years of experience transitioning / offshoring / outsourcing projects / functions across sub processes such as Biostatistics, reg. affairs, clinical ops, drug safety, medical Governance, strategy and planning, pharma covigilance
- Good exposure in previous roles to multi-cultural, transversal functions
- Pharma background with experience across the systems development life cycle with experience in different project phases
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills – must be able to communicate fluently in English both verbally and in writing
