Key Responsibilities:

• Source potential candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, social media platforms, and other recruitment channels.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic or virtual interviews to assess suitability.
• Coordinate and manage the complete interview process with hiring managers.
• Negotiate salary offers and support candidates throughout the onboarding process.
• Maintain accurate and updated records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).

Qualifications & Skills:

Responsibilities:

• Design and develop robust, high-performance backend solutions using Python and related technologies.
• Lead the architecture and design discussions for major backend components and services.

• Mentor and guide junior and mid-level engineers, fostering their technical growth.
• Review code and provide constructive feedback to ensure code quality and adherence to best practices.
• Identify and address performance bottlenecks, scalability challenges, and technical issues.
• Participate in sprint planning, task estimation, and agile development processes.
• Keep up-to-date with industry trends, tools, and best practices to continuously improve our backend systems.
• Drive the adoption of coding standards, design patterns, and engineering best practices.
• Collaborate with frontend engineers to ensure seamless integration between frontend and backend components.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Minimum of 4 years of professional experience in backend development.
• Strong proficiency in Python and backend frameworks like Django and Flask.
• In-depth knowledge of database systems, both relational (MySQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB, etc. ).
• Proven track record of designing and developing scalable and maintainable backend services.
• Experience with RESTful API design and best practices.
• Solid understanding of software architecture, design principles, and software development lifecycle.
• Previous experience leading or mentoring engineers is a strong plus.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude towards challenges.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (e. g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization (Docker) is a plus.

Qualifications Required:

Education: Relevant degree in software engineering fields; training in principles and techniques of software development.

Experience: 1-5 years of relevant software architecture, software development and software testing experience.

Skills:

Responsibilities: Responsible for software development activities throughout the project, including key phases of process such as development, testing, implementation.

Other: Be familiar with systems concepts design and standards. Good awareness and practical approach of standard SDLC and be quickly able to understand adhere to coding standard followed by Ember Technologies Pvt. Ltd.

We have an urgent requirement of an Automation Tester who has at least 2 years of experience in Automation Testing.
Immediate Joiner will be preffered or the maximum notice period -15 days.

Job Requirements:

1. Maintaining a suite of automated tests for Web and Mobile applications
2. Maintaining automation framework and implementing improvements
3. Conversion of the manual test suite to automation
4. Create and maintain test cases.
5. Maintain and update regression testing scripts to close test escapes.
6. Perform exploratory testing, integration testing, regression testing, automated testing.
7. Execution and triage of automated test executions.
8. Defect management in Jira.
9. Maintenance on Jenkins integration.
10. Exposure to Test and Defect Management Tools like JIRA, Test rail, Zephyr etc.

Skills required

• Writing reliable and maintainable automated tests.
• Demonstrable experience in Automation testing using Selenium or similar
• Experience with Serenity BDD test framework, (Cucumber, Selenium, Rest Assured)
• Programming skills with either Java / JavaScript / Python or similar
• Unit testing frameworks such as TestNG, JUnit and/or N Unit
• Testing API’s with SoapUI / Postman or similar
• Performance Testing with J meter, Neo Load or similar
• Familiarity with Swagger or Open API Specifications.
• Familiarity with JSON objects, SQL queries, data structures, log file analysis
• Strong knowledge of Scripting Languages like Java, JavaScript, Python, Ruby, Groovy etc.

Minimum qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience

• Self-motivated, collaborative, and diligent work ethic
• Experience using Docker and cloud technologies such as Amazon Web Services (AWS)
• Database design skills

• Experience level of 6 to 9 years of experience in very large-scale applications.
• Strong problem-solving skills, computer science fundamentals, data structures and
• algorithms their space & time complexities
• Design (LLD & HLD) and architect technical solutions for the business problems of a very large-scale portal.
• Strong hands-on and practical working experience with Java as the programming language
• Strong debugging skills - Code, Logs, DB, JVM
• Excellent coding skills - should be able to convert design into code fluently.
