Network Administrator

We are seeking a results-oriented Sr. Network Administrator to manage our company's computer infrastructure and supervise our IT department. You will be upgrading and installing hardware and software, performing troubleshooting to resolve IT issues, and maintaining our networks and servers. 

To ensure success as an IT Administrator, you should possess extensive experience in IT administration and the ability to optimize the performance of our IT infrastructure. An accomplished IT administrator will be someone whose technical expertise results in enhanced IT system efficiency across company structures. 

Desired roles & responsibilities:

• Expertise in DNS, VMware Workstation, multiple OS installation & RAID configurations.
• Excellent understanding of Networking & Firewalling concepts.
• Well versed with various IT Infrastructure technologies/ concepts such as LAN & WAN protocols, VPN Technologies (IPSEC, SSL), Leased Line Connectivity, DNS, DHCP, ISP Setup, TCP/ IP, IP architecture, Network Management System (NMS), VLANs, Structured Cabling Design, Anti-Virus Server (Mail Scanning/ Gateway Scanning/ Server/ Clients Scanning) Setup and Wire Less LAN concepts.
• Expertise in Active Directory Configuration and Group Policy Management. FSMO Roles, DNS Zones, Replications, etc.
• Experienced in Single sign-on configurations using Active Directory Federation Services (ADFS) and Azure AD.
• Good understating of PKI infrastructure and experience in Active Directory Certificate Services administration.
• Administration knowledge on Anti-Virus Management
• Firmware up-gradation and tuning, hardening the servers.
• Manage local hardware inventories.
• Assist network architects with the design of network models whenever needed.
• Good hands-on experience on Sophos/CyberRom/SonicWALL/FortiGate/FortiNet Firewall and configuration. well versed with NAT Rules in Firewall and Direct the installation of both the software and hardware components of firewalls along with other portions of security infrastructure. They also configure firewalls for usage, manage their day-to-day operations, and perform regular maintenance through upgrades and patches.
• Applying operating system updates, patches, and configuration changes.
• Expertise in Firewall design, building, and managing the security infrastructure of information technology (IT) systems. They are expected to be proficient in all aspects of ITIL (i.e. Incident Management, Service Request Management, Change Request Management, Problem Management, Disaster Response, etc.).
• Windows Server environment administration and support.

IT Administrator Requirements: 

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, information systems, or similar. 
• Applicable professional qualification, such as Microsoft, Oracle, or Cisco certification. 
• Extensive experience with IT systems, networks, and related technologies. 
• Good knowledge of best practices in IT administration and system security. 
• Exceptional leadership, organizational, and time management skills. 
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. 
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.

·         Project Delivery:

Work independently in client facing situations as well as part of larger project teams in the design, development and implementation of new and improved business processes and enabling technology in Logistics, Supply Chain and IT transformation related projects.

Support business assessment and roadmaps for our client, advise clients on S/4HANA Supply Chain functionality & new features to overcome current challenges and/or optimize key business processes.

Lead/support implementation engagements using a deep knowledge of S/4HANA Supply Chain capabilities.

Demonstrate understanding of processes and best practices to help an organization improve outcomes.

Manage client stakeholders across the board and  project team

CXO level stakeholder management (Client)

Monitor project financials and deliver against target profitability

Create and manage good independent relationships with clients and internal stakeholders

Support project and practice leadership in expanding opportunities with existing clients through proactive identification of pain points and innovative solutioning

Support  pursuits related to S/4HANA Supply Chain opportunities by assisting Request for Proposals and/or Request for Information, supporting S/4HANA sales cycles

Design and build assets that distinguish  capabilities to drive additional business

Support internal capability development through robust training sessions (design curriculum/deliver sessions) for the practice.

Develop and expand S/4HANA Supply Chain professional skills through continual learning and “hands on” experience

Enable, mentor and coach colleagues in S/4HANA Supply Chain capabilities and best practices 

Qualification-

MBA Preferred or Full time Graduate

Experience-

1- 15 years of relevant post qualification experience

Key Competencies and skills

·         Domain knowledge in Supply Chain Management in the areas of Planning, Manufacturing & warehousing processes is a must

·         Hands on experience on Available to Promise, Global ATP, Demand Driven MRP and PPDS

·         Experience with inter- and intra-company processes: Make-To-Order and Engineer-To-Order

Understanding and experience of SCM related customizing and developments

• Evaluating sales territory potential and implementing strategic and tactical sales and marketing plans in the region
• Setting budgets, preparing sales and expense forecasts, and setting allocation quotas for the region
• Resolving customer and business issues, performing root cause analysis, and driving solutions
• Visiting direct accounts and distributors to promote the company's products
• Responsible for identifying potential prospects from the regional market and by evaluating their reputation in the industry for business opportunities
• Handling day-to-day responsibility of company's marketing programs in the assigned geographic region
• Coordinating with resources and channel partners for delivering result on sales volume and profitability objectives by brand in the region
• Introducing large merchants and educating them about the various range of companies product and expanding sales through innovative selling techniques

• Should be able to handle GT/ MT/ Institutional sales / Horeca, B2B and B2C
• Commercially strong and have working knowledge of SAP and Excel.
• Candidates from Packaging/ Containers; Paper/ Forest Products; Printing preferred
• Must have excellent understanding of Board and Corrugated Boxes
• Experience in Selling Boards and Corrugated Boxes is mandatory
