Headless Development: Lead the frontend development of our Shopify app, including

building new features, revamping existing functionalities, and optimising performance.

User Interface Design: Collaborate with the design team to implement responsive,

pixel-perfect UI components that align with our brand’s aesthetic and provide an intuitive

user experience.

Custom Theme Development: Create and customise Shopify themes to enhance the

visual appeal and functionality of our online store, ensuring compatibility with various

devices and browsers.

Integration and API Management: Work with third-party APIs and Shopify's API to integrate

necessary functionalities, such as payment gateways, shipping solutions, and marketing

tools.

Performance Optimization: Continuously monitor and improve the app’s performance,

ensuring fast load times, seamless navigation, and a smooth user experience.

Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including backend developers,

designers, marketers, and product managers, to deliver high-quality solutions on time.

Code Review and Best Practices: Maintain clean, modular, and reusable code. Participate

in code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices in frontend development.

Troubleshooting and Debugging: Identify and resolve issues, bugs, and performance

bottlenecks in a timely manner to ensure a seamless user experience.

Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for code, processes,

and development workflows.

Oddr is looking for a skilled frontend engineer to help us build modern web-based Cloud applications. The ideal candidate should be able to bring new ideas to the table and design and implement frontend components with a strong emphasis on their robustness, testability, re-usability, performance, and ease of maintenance. Technical Requirements:

• Strong understanding of React.js and its core principles
• Strong understanding of JavaScript/TypeScript, CSS, HTML, and other standard frontend technologies and tools
• Experience with frontend test automation frameworks and tools
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs
• Experience with modern authorization techniques like JWT
• Experience with monitoring and improving frontend performance
• General understanding and knowledge of the UI/UX best practices
• Ability to write clean, well-structured code with proper abstraction and re-usability
• Ability to work to tight deadlines, manage priorities, and take responsibility for delivering to time and quality requirements

Minimum qualifications required:

• Bachelor's degree or relevant certification from a reputable institute.
• 3-5 years of experience.

Job Requirements :

- Advanced Javascript, CSS, HTML 5, Sass, Less, JSON, DOM Concepts

- Candidate should have 2-3 years of regular working experience.

- Must have expertise in React js, Redux, node js, ExpressJS MongoDB, MySql, NoSQL Flux,

javascript html5 core concepts.

-Fluent in responsive design and mobile / tablet UI / UX, HTML5, CSS3 along with

bootstrap

-UI Performance: should have hands-on experience of optimizing page load, rendering,

caching.

- Familiarity and experience with Container architecture - Docker/Jenkins and build scripts,

help maintain code quality, organisation, and automation

- Must have done multiple projects using React js, Redux, node js, and MongoDB with

Cross browser/device compatibility.

-Working Knowledge of common Javascript Libraries such as jQuery.

-Working understanding of Webpack, Babel & other pre-processing tools.

-Good Understanding of REST Apis

-Good understanding of AJAX and its UI implications

- Good knowledge of events handling in client-side and server-side.

- Good knowledge of code versioning tools, such as Git/bitbucket

- Good logical and mathematical programming skills with good communication skills.

- At Least 2-3 live projects

- NodeJS knowledge is a plus

-Good hands-on experience with ES6 & knowledge of the upcoming syntax of ECMAScript.

-Huge plus if you have experience in working with state management libraries like Redux, MobX etc. in React.js.

• Develop Proof-of-Concept and prototype applications using new technologies and frameworks. In addition to collaborating with internal teams and clients to create innovative solutions.

• Provide context and guidance for integration and implementation of Front-End Interfaces
• Translate wireframes, comps, and functional requirements into functional HTML/ CSS / Javascript.
• Develop standards-compliant mark-up and code for web sites and applications
• Develop JavaScript using standard Frameworks (jQuery, etc.)
• Develop small to medium size custom JavaScript libraries for reuse across the application
• Provide technology and implementation expertise to the domain, projects, or client
• Maintain leading-edge knowledge in emerging technologies and frameworks
• Participate in knowledge sharing and lessons learned sessions from project experiences
