Roles and Responsibilities:
• Impanel distributors to sell the investment management schemes
• Generate sales as per targets laid down through a judicious mix of external channel partners, internal sales channels, and direct clients, as outlined
• Handling channel and client queries
Strategy Planning:
• Achieve set targets through a designed strategy
• Keep monitoring & review strategy on an ongoing basis
• Internal Coordination:
• Liaising with senior management to arrive at clear objectives for the department
Resource planning:
• Liaising with investment teams to enable client interaction & information
• Liaising with operations and ensuring smooth functioning between the department & operations
• Ensure proper compliance with respect to all channel partners – distributors/clients etc.
Compliance:
• Ensure all activities are as per proper compliance internally and as per regulatory requirements
• Ensure all distributor agreements/client documentation has met all regulatory & compliance requirements on an ongoing basis

Job Description
- Lead the technical sales efforts for Praan's filterless purification systems, targeting industrial clients for the MK II platform, and commercial clients for the HIVE platform
- Identify potential customers, establish and nurture relationships, and conduct product demonstrations to showcase the features and advantages of our product portfolio
- Collaborate closely with the engineering and product teams to understand technical details, product capabilities, and competitive advantages, enabling you to effectively communicate the value proposition to potential customers
- Understand customer requirements and tailor product solutions to meet their specific needs, providing technical recommendations and guidance throughout the sales process
- Develop and deliver persuasive sales presentations, proposals, and product demonstrations to key decision-makers, highlighting the benefits and ROI of our products
- Actively track and manage sales opportunities through the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to deal closure, ensuring timely follow-ups and effective communication to meet sales targets
- Provide feedback from the market to the product development teams, helping to shape future product enhancements and new offerings based on customer needs and market trends
Skill Requirements
- Past academic education in Engineering + MBA or equivallent
- Proven track record working on engineering projects and have sold products like vibro sifters
- Past experience of 7 years to 10 years in the relevant industry
- Proven track record of successful technical sales, preferably in the B2B environment, with a focus on complex products or solutions
- Proven track record of achieving monthly/quarterly and yearly targets
- Strong leadership skills - will be managing a team of 4-5 Inside sales representatives
- Strong technical acumen and the ability to understand and explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and concisely
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and providing effective solutions
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a cross-functional team environment
- Willingness to travel as required to meet with clients, attend trade shows, and participate in industry events.

● Good understanding of Employer Branding strategies.
● Experience with candidate sourcing tools and methods.

- Experience in onsite functional or technical roles on at least four full-lifecycle CPQ projects, with strong implementation expertise in at least two of the following technologies: Conga CPQ and CLM, Salesforce CPQ & billing, Vlocity CPQ
- Two+ years consulting and/or Lead to- Cash (CPQ/ CLM) implementation experience. Experience managing at least two large-scale full-life cycle implementations of Lead to Cash (CPQ/ CLM) solutions, including ownership of the technical solution, management of the overall team and ownership and management of project financials.
- Deep Understanding of the Lead-To-Cash business process and supporting technologies
- Experience defining systems strategy, road-map, developing process flow diagrams, developing systems requirements, designing and prototyping, testing, training, defining support procedures, and implementing practical business solutions.
- Experience supporting pursuit teams.
- Desire to learn additional in-demand CPQ/CLM platforms
- Ability to travel up to 50% on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
Preferred Qualifications:
- A Bachelor’s degree
- Salesforce or Conga CPQ certified
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple task assignments
- Strong oral and written communication skills, including presentation skills (MS Visio, MS PowerPoint)
- Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to exercise mature judgment
- An advanced degree in the area of specialization
- Experience implementing other CRM platforms (SAP CRM, Oracle, Salesforce.com, Microsoft Dynamics, etc.) or CPQ/CLM technologies (Oracle, Salesforce, Conga, , etc.)
- Proficient in all phases of the Application Development Lifecycle
- Strong technical project management and/or leadership skills
