Role Overview

We are looking for a Senior Backend Developer with strong Node.js expertise who is comfortable working in an AI-assisted development environment. The ideal candidate should be proficient in leveraging modern AI developer tools to accelerate development, improve code quality, and help modernize legacy systems.

This role involves working on backend systems, microservices architecture, and AI-powered development workflows, including refactoring legacy applications into modern Node.js services.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain scalable backend services using Node.js.
• Leverage AI-powered developer tools such as GitHub Copilot, Cursor, or Amazon Q to improve development efficiency.
• Refactor and modernize legacy .NET applications into Node.js-based microservices using AI-assisted workflows.
• Design and optimize database schemas and complex SQL queries for performance and scalability.
• Work with PostgreSQL and Redis for high-performance data storage and caching.
• Build and integrate AI-based features and services into backend applications.
• Automate development workflows through custom CLI tools or IDE extensions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality backend solutions.

Required Skills & Experience

• 5+ years of backend development experience
• Strong expertise in Node.js backend development
• Hands-on experience with AI-assisted development tools (GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Amazon Q, or similar)
• Experience working with PostgreSQL and Redis
• Strong understanding of microservices architecture and API design
• Experience with AI engineering (building or integrating AI-powered features)
• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills

Good to Have

• Prior experience with .NET / C#
• Experience modernizing legacy systems
• Experience building developer productivity tools (CLI tools, IDE extensions, automation)
• Experience optimizing complex SQL queries and database migrations

Required Skills: 

• 4+ years of experience designing, developing, and implementing enterprise-level, n-tier, software solutions.  
• Proficiency with Microsoft C# is a must.  
• In-depth experience with .NET framework and .NET Core.  
• Knowledge of OOP, server technologies, and SOA is a must. 3+ Years Micro-service experience .  
• Relevant experience with database design and SQL (Postgres is preferred).  
• Experience with ORM tooling.  
• Experience delivering software that is correct, stable, and security compliant.  
• Basic understanding of common cloud platform. (Good to have)
• Financial services experience is strongly preferred.  
• Thorough understanding of XML/JSON and related technologies.  
• Thorough understanding of unit, integration, and performance testing for APIs.

1. Need Senior DC Billing Architect\Lead having 4-12 years of experience in PnC Domain & DC Billing.
2. He must have worked on multiple DC Implementation projects and should have sound knowledge of Duck Creek Billing with good hands on experience.
3. Must have good communication skills and should be able to drive\participate in technical discussions with Client technical team.

• Familiarity with the ASP.NET framework, SQL Server and design/architectural patterns (e.g. Model-View-Controller (MVC)
• 5 years of development experience using C# .NET
• Knowledge of at least one of the .NET languages (e.g. C#, Visual Basic .NET) and HTML5/CSS3
• Familiarity with architecture styles/APIs (REST, RPC)
• Understanding of Agile methodologies
• Strong attention to detail
• Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills
• Knowledge of REST and RPC APIs
• Able to work well in a team setting

Good experience in programming Microsoft C# (preferred) and/or Visual Basic.NET, ADO.Net, and ASP.Net 2.0, .Net 4.5 framework or .net core 2.1 and above
Must have experience In SQL and Agile/Scrum

Nice to have experience in AWS or Azure

Technical Experience :

- Net development work experience

- Proficiency in NET Development with Net Core.

- Strong object-oriented programming OOPS design skills, SOLID principles and proficiency in software design patterns

- Experience in database MS SQL Server, No SQL

- Solid understanding of Microservices

- Good understanding Azure, Docker and Kubernetes

- Experience with version control systems GitHub and Bitbucket

• Good communication and analytical skills are must.
• Candidates with experience will be preferred.
