● In this role, you will support the revenue targets for the Agency team
● You will be Datawrkz ambassador in the market for the agency
relationships that you own and will be responsible for shaping up a

● You will be expected to manage all stakeholder relationships end to

● In this role, you will work closely with the internal sales strategy team
and internal client team for the conceptualization & execution of
long-term deals for your account
Required skills:
● 10+ years of experience in digital media agency / digital ad sales/
consumer internet industry
● Preferred Qualification: MBA, preferably from Tier I/Tier II institutes
● Working knowledge of demand-side platforms, ad networks,
exchanges, or other online or digital advertising sales roles for
publishers or agencies
● Strong partnerships across agency holding groups and with large
digital media spenders on the client/brand side.
● Understanding of Media Agency’s way of working/ principles /
consultative selling will be an added advantage
● Should be both a brand builder with a strong ability to drive and
achieve sales targets
● Comfort to use data and analytics while building on client
conversations
● Ability to leverage relationships, build a strong network, and have

Core Responsibilities
- Strategic Planning: Develop and execute integrated sales and marketing plans for EMC Products, Resistors Resistors, Heating elements and other products in company product line-up to meet defined revenue targets.
- Lead Generation & Prospecting: Independently source new business opportunities
- Campaign Management: Design, implement, and monitor marketing campaigns
- Client Relationship Management: Maintain a portfolio of existing accounts, ensuring high customer satisfaction and identifying opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.
- Market Intelligence: Conduct regular competitor analysis and research market trends to adjust pricing strategies and product positioning.
- Sales Presentations: Deliver persuasive, tailored product demonstrations and proposals to high-ticket decision-makers (CEOs, CFOs, etc.).
- Performance Analytics: Track and report on KPIs such as lead conversion rates, demo-to-close ratios, and ROI of marketing spend using CRM and analytics tools.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineer (Electrical, Electronics, Communication) , or MBA
- Experience: 2 to 3 years of proven success in a B2B or B2C sales/marketing environment.
- Technical Proficiency: Hands-on experience with CRM software, MS Office, Etc
- Preference will be given for candidates with Defence product background.
Required Skills
- 8+ years of DevOps / Cloud Engineering experience
- Strong hands-on experience with AWS services (EC2, S3, RDS, IAM, VPC, etc.)
- Expertise in Kubernetes (deployment, scaling, cluster management)
- Strong experience in PostgreSQL and AWS RDS administration
- Proficiency in Terraform for infrastructure automation
