CTC - 15LPA

Experience - 5+ years

Location - Pune Only

Work Mode - Onsite

Good to Have- Java , spring Framework , Spring Boot.

Qualification - Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science 

Roles and Responsibilities:

∙Design, develop, test, and maintain high-quality Java applications                               

∙Implement and optimize Microservices architecture using Spring Boot                      

∙Utilize Hibernate for efficient data management and database interactions              

∙Implement and optimize asynchronous communication using technologies such as 

Active MQ, Google Cloud Pub/Sub, Apache Kafka, etc.                                    

∙Write unit tests using Junit and Mockito for robust code coverage                              

∙Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement features              

∙Perform code reviews to ensure code quality and adherence to coding standards                 

∙Utilize SQL for effective database querying and manipulation                                        

∙Work with GIT for version control and code collaboration                                               

∙Track and manage tasks using JIRA            

• Sound knowledge of Core Java, JSP, Servlets & MVC, Spring
• Good knowledge of Java Script, Ajax
• Good knowledge of My SQL database server
• Experience in working with IDE like Eclipse or Netbeans
• Knowledge of Spring would be an advantage
• Great problem-solving attitude
• Strong OOP & OOAD fundamentals
• Knowledge of Java EE Design pattern
• Technical hands on Spring, Spring Security, Hibernate, JPA, Struts, OO JS, XML, Webservices (Restful, JAX-WS).
• Nice to have knowledge of Liferay, Amazon EC2, Google App Engine, Restful services, jQuery, YUI, EstJS (Sencha), frameworks.

• Understand the BRS / SRS document
• Coordinate with Team lead/DBA to understand the System design and Database design
• Development and Unit Testing
• Bug fixing and Change Request implementation

• Designing, implementing and maintaining Java-based applications

• Contributing in all phases of the development lifecycle

• Writing testable, scalable and efficient code

• Test and debug new applications and updates

• Maintain up to date code documentation

• Participating in code reviews

Responsibilities:

• New feature development or enhancement or change request activities (Requirement analysis, Requirement documentation, Design, Coding, Review, Testing and Release process)
• Defect Fixing (Defect analysis, route cause identification, Code change, testing, obtaining user confirmation and release process)
• Support tasks (Ticket analysis, data uploading, performance tuning, job monitoring, any analysis task, ReportGeneration and etc.,)
• Level 2 and Level 3 support (Support process adherence)
• Functional and technical or solution documentation preparation
• Execution will either be Waterfall or Agile
• The process needs to be followed as defined by RBEI or RBEI’s Customer
• Preparation & participation in the project status and review meeting

Job Locations: Bangalore, Pune, Chennai, Dehradun, Mohali, Panchkula, or Gurugram (Currently Remote)

• Designing, coding, and debugging software using J2EE, Spring boot,Microservices ,AWS .
• Work closely with Solution architects to understand the architecture
  design and implement software designs accordingly.
• Improving the performance of existing software.
• Providing training to other engineers and code review.
• Maintaining and upgrading existing software.
• Recommending new technologies that can help increase productivity.
• Supervising and overseeing the technical aspects of projects.
• Investigating software-related complaints and making necessary adjustments to ensure optimal software performance.
• Regularly attending team meetings to discuss projects, brainstorm ideas, and put forward solutions to any issues.
• Mentioning Software engineers on correct coding practices.

Collaborate with clients and internal teams to develop appropriate solutions

• Brainstorm with team members and prove the ability to think on the fly.

Requirements

• Core Java

• Experience in deploying applications on one of public cloud preferably Microsoft Azure. (Other

- AWS or Google Cloud)

• Experience in one of messaging platform preferably Kafka (Other - Rabbitmq or Active MQ)

• Others – Linux, Git, Maven, CI/CD pipeline

• Experience in working with Agile teams

Good To Have

• Git (6+ years of experience)

• Develop test cases, conduct SIT, load test, and tune the performance of systems to meet

acceptance criteria.

• Perform and manage stages of the SCRUM and participate in the systems review with Project

Lead/Manager.

• Experience in the development of cloud-native applications is an added advantage.

• Experience working in Agile teams
