Our client is a B2B2C tech Web3 startup founded by founders - IITB Graduates who are experienced in retail, ecommerce and fintech.

Role Description : We are looking for a React.Js developer interested in building performant mobile apps on both the iOS and Android platforms. You will be responsible for architecting and building these applications, as well as coordinating with the teams responsible for other layers of the product infrastructure. Building a product is a highly collaborative effort, and so we are looking for a strong team player with a commitment to perfection.

Key Responsibilities -

• Developing new user-facing features using prominent front-end frameworks • Involved with and translates designs and style guides provided by the UI/UX team into functional user interfaces using responsive design, ensuring cross-browser compatibility and performance • Building reusable components and front-end libraries for future use • Optimizing components for maximum performance across a vast array of web-capable devices and browsers • Takes ownership and responsibility for the successful delivery of the solutions • Works collaboratively with the engineering and product solution team, demonstrates prototypes for faster feedback to keep improving the user experience • Contributes to continual improvement by suggesting improvements to the user interface, software architecture, or use of new technologies

Required Skills and Qualifications -

• 3-8 years of experience in frontend development primarily using React

• Experience in Hypertext Markup Language revision 5 (HTML5), Cascading Style Sheets (CSS), TypeScript and ReactJS (JavaScript)

• Thorough understanding of NodeJs & React.js(SSR) and its core principles

• Experience with common front-end development tools such as Babel, Webpack, NPM, etc.

• Familiarity with RESTful APIs

• Excellent communication skills

• Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into technical requirements

• A self-starter, who loves to take on hard problems and is enthusiastic to learn new technologies and work in startup environments

Your key responsibilities will be converting PSD/Figma into HTML/CSS. You will also be responsible for writing clean, semantic front end code - HTML5, CSS3, JQuery, Java Script.

Selection Criteria

• Seek to enhance the user experience by creating seamless navigation through various digital programs and interfaces within the company
• Use coding to develop the aesthetics implemented within a website or product, from the layout menus and drop-down options to colors and fonts
• Combine interface design concepts with digital design and establish milestones to encourage cooperation and teamwork
• Develop overall concepts for improving the user experience within a business webpage or product, ensuring all interactions are intuitive and convenient for customers

• 2-4 years of demonstrated experience in creating and implementing UI development
• Detailed experience with coding and the ability to troubleshoot and analyze websites using HTML, CSS and comparable languages
• Continued education and research into UI development trends and current design strategy and technology
• Professional written and interpersonal skills
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple milestones and projects efficiently

• Master's / Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or Self taught developer.
• 3+ years of experience in fundamentals of web, HTML, CSS and JavaScript.
• Familiarity with JavaScript frameworks such as Vue or React.
• Understanding of product design, user experience and skills to recreate and match high quality pixel perfect designs and can go above and beyond in detailing.
• Has ability to build a ground up resoluble components and in-house UI system that can scale across the product.

• Thorough understanding of React.js, React DOM and its core principles
• Experience in State Management Frameworks like Redux.
• Experience in developing cross-browser/platform compatible solutions for web.
• Experience of backend integrating with RESTful services.
• DOM manipulation and the JavaScript object model.
• In-depth knowledge of newer specifications of TypeScript, ES6,HTML 5,CSS 3.
• Must be familiar libraries like Material UI, Formik.
• Experience in Micro Front End architecture with Webpack Module Module Federation to combine multiple domain driven web apps on the same page without refreshing the page.
• Experience in different approaches on orchestration of Micro-apps of Client Side composition.
• Experience with package manager like npm,yearn.
• Experience with tools/packages like Visual Studio Code,ES Lint,SonarQube,Keycloak.
• Good understanding on Unit testing framework - Jest/ enzyme.

Your primary focus will be on developing user interface components and implementing them following well-known React.js workflows (such as Flux or Redux). You will ensure that these components and the overall application are robust and easy to maintain. You will coordinate with the rest of the team working on different layers of the infrastructure. Therefore, a commitment to collaborative problem solving, sophisticated design, and quality product is important.

RESPONSIBILITIES

REQUIREMENTS

• Strong proficiency in JavaScript, including DOM manipulation and the JavaScript object model
• Thorough understanding of React.js and its core principles
• Experience with popular React.js workflows (such as Flux or Redux)
• Familiarity with newer specifications of EcmaScript
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs and sockets
• Knowledge of modern authorization mechanisms, such as JSON Web Token
• Familiarity with modern front-end build pipelines and tools
• Experience with common front-end development tools such as Babel, Webpack, NPM, etc.
• Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into technical requirements
• A knack for benchmarking and optimization
• Familiarity with code versioning tools
• Experience with PWAs and React Native is a huge plus

Experience in implementing UI using DHTML, HTML5, CSS3, Bootstrap. Ability to interact with APIs based on HTTP and REST architecture and handle dynamic data on frontend. Experience in writing unit test cases for UI components. Knowledge about securing application and vulnerabilities such as XSS & CSRF.
