Responsibilities
- Regular meetings with our valued Indian customers and distributors to understand their needs and win business.
- Drive demand creation at distributors, ensuring the achievement of annual revenue goals.
- Collaborate with distributors to maximize pipeline, and increase design win count, and revenue.
- Monitor and report on sales and demand creation activities in a timely manner.
- Work closely with our technical team to successfully achieve design wins.
- Manage monthly customer forecasts and prepare regular reports.
- Provide training to distribution branch offices for enhanced performance.
- Conduct market research and keep an eye on competitor products.
- Define available market and share by applications.
- Identify projects with high growth potential and acquire resources to maximize design wins.
Qualifications
- Excellent written and spoken communication skills in English; knowledge of another language is advantageous.
- Customer-facing role requiring 75% travel across the region.
- Ability to collaborate effectively in teams with different functions.
- Proactive attitude with a drive for results.
- Strong time management skills for on-time project delivery.
- Ability to build influential relationships.
Requirements
- 2 years of work experience with a Bachelor's degree in Electronic Engineering or equivalent.
- Over 1 year of sales experience as a Channel/Distribution Sales Engineer or Manager.
- Extensive knowledge of the Electronics Components/Systems industry, with a preference for expertise in Appliance, AC-DC, and quick chargers.
- Proficiency in English and the local language.
- Strong interpersonal and effective communication skills, including the ability to deliver formal presentations to senior staff.

Roles & Responsibility:-
Should execute block level floor planning, PG Planning, partitioning, placement, scan-chain-reordering, clock tree synthesis, timing optimization, SI aware routing, timing analysis/closure and ECO tasks (timing and functional ECOs), SI closure, design rule checks (DRC), and Logical vs. Schematic (LVS) checks, Antenna checks.
Physical Design Implementation on advanced technology nodes like 28nm, 20nm for block level implementation. Good understanding on low power concepts. Good understanding on top level physical design, partitioning and timing constraints, IR Drop.
Candidate should be from semiconductor/'ASIC industry
