Job Overview

Experienced Coupa Implementation and Configuration Consultant to lead and support end-to-end implementations of the Coupa Business Spend Management (BSM) platform, including Supplier Information Management (SIM).

The ideal candidate will possess strong Procure-to-Pay (P2P), Source-to-Contract (S2C), and financial process expertise, along with hands-on Coupa configuration and ERP integration experience.

This role requires close collaboration with Finance, Procurement, IT teams, and executive stakeholders to deliver scalable, compliant, and optimized spend management solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Implementation & Roll-Out

• Lead full lifecycle implementation of Coupa BSM modules.
• Drive Business Process Design workshops and requirement gathering.
• Manage global or multi-entity roll-outs.
• Conduct SIT, UAT, and go-live support.

Configuration & Technical Expertise

• Configure Procurement, Sourcing, Contracts, Catalogues, Invoicing, and Expenses modules.
• Manage Supplier Information Management (SIM) and onboarding workflows.
• Configure PR, PO, Receipt, and Invoicing lifecycle.
• Implement approval workflows, compliance controls, and security configurations.
• Handle advanced system configurations and policy enforcement.

Integration & Technical

• Lead API-based integrations between Coupa and ERP systems (SAP / Oracle / Workday, etc.).
• Support data migration, reconciliation, and validation.
• Ensure system performance and compliance alignment.

Reporting & Governance

• Enable spend visibility through dashboards and analytics.
• Support audit controls and procurement governance frameworks.

Required Skills

• Strong hands-on experience in Coupa BSM implementation.
• Expertise in P2P and S2C processes.
• Experience in Supplier Information Management (SIM).
• ERP integration exposure (API-based preferred).
• Business process design and documentation capability.
• Experience in enterprise or multi-country roll-outs.
• Strong stakeholder management skills.
• Coupa certification is mandate

What will you be doing?

● Conduct Market Research on the company and understand the need of the training needs

● Acquire new clients through networking, direct contact, or marketing campaigns

● Sending 40 to 50 emails customizing to each client

● Good at researching the email id, and contact number of the concerned person

● Close sales and achieve quarterly quotas.

● Build and nurture client relationships via various channels

● Coordinating with multiple internal stakeholders on daily basis

● Develop and implement marketing plans designed to maintain and increase existing business and capture new opportunities

Must have,

- Fundamental of Python(Data types in python, scope of variable, asynchronous programming)
- Should be able to code in Python

- Basic Understanding of Database

- API designing

- Problem Solving skills

- Fundamentals of storage, caching

Good to have,

- AWS Knowledge,

- Python Framework(Django, Flask)

- Knowledge on Message Broker, Caching

- SQL and no-SQL database

• Strong MVCC frontend development experience in Angular, React, Vue, Angularjs, REDUX, or similar frameworks
• Strong foundation skills in HTML, CSS, SASS, LESS, SCSS, Javascript, OO Javascript (OOJS), and JQuery 
• Responsive design techniques, highly proficient with strong security and performance optimization techniques.
• Experience building reusable components using modern techniques
• Experience building PWA and Hybrid applications using Ionic, React Native, etc. is a plus
• If you don’t have experience with MVCC frameworks like Angular, we will still consider if your fundamental skills (HTML, CSS, JS) are strong

• Automated testing of complex SPA Web application (brand-new software products based on unified platform, new features, bug verification), requirement testing, analysis and clarification (direct communication with product owner),
• Communication with different cross-functional teams
• Following automation testing standards set in the team
• Help to build fully automated testing pipeline

 REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE                                                                                              

• 3-5 years of experience in automation testing
• Testing web-applications (UI and API), including SPA
• Black box testing (boundary values, equivalence partitioning)
• UI/UX Testing
• C# experience of 2+ years
• NUnit or similar
• Selenium WebDriver
• CSS-selectors
