Role Overview

As an Office Administrator, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient functioning of our office. This role requires a bilingual professional fluent in English and the local language (Kannada) who can manage administrative duties, coordinate with vendors, and support internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle front-desk duties including reception and visitor management
• Coordinate with vendors for office maintenance, supplies, and services
• Monitor and manage office supplies and ensure timely replenishment
• Support HR and operations teams with documentation, logistics, and employee records
• Organize internal meetings, set up events, and manage scheduling requirements
• Manage petty cash and maintain accurate records of office expenses
