JOB OVERVIEW

The Principal Analyst, SAP Controlling will be the functional lead for retail processes and capabilities and be an advocate for both business and technology decisions within our global IT organization.

This position is responsible for the design and management of business system solutions for Callaway Golf. We leverage ECC and SAP S/4. The incumbent will partner with corporate IT, business leaders and stakeholders to identify solutions to business needs, leveraging technology to add value to the company. 

Must have superior business relationship skills and functional knowledge with change management experience. Our company is going through a technology evolution and this role will be key to many of these initiatives. This role will need to be a strong team leader who can develop their own resources while building strong cross-team collaboration and solutions.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide solutions for business needs in all areas of the company.
• Coordinate with corporate IT, vendors and business users on project deliverables
• Manage the design, development and implementation of global business solutions.
• Design solutions with innovation and ensuring the ability to deliver value over time.
• Manage the design for a matrix of plants and retail location and the related inventory movements
• Responsible to provide global visibility, collaboration, and analytics to business leaders.
• Establish, grow, and enhance collaborative relationships with regional business leads.
• Provide value-added input and alternatives and facilitate requirements definition whenever appropriate.
• Manage multiple projects/solutions for multiple business areas.
• Collaborate within the department to ensure alignment and adherence to stated goals.

We are hiring a Senior DevOps Engineer (5–10 years experience) with strong hands-on expertise in AWS, CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes, and Linux. The role involves designing, automating, and managing scalable cloud infrastructure and deployment pipelines. You will be part of the Site Reliability Engineering Team. This role involves the design, scale, performance tuning, monitoring, and administration activities on the various databases (majority on MySQL).

Your day-to-day at Egnyte:

• Build, scale, and administer a large fleet of MySQL servers spread over multiple data centers with a focus on performance, scale, and high availability.
• Monitor and troubleshoot critical performance bottlenecks for MySQL databases before it causes downtime.
• Review and assess the impact of database schema design, topology changes prior to their implementation
• Ensure that databases are secured, maintained, backed up, and highly available.
• Review stress testing results and provide recommendations to development teams
• Automate anomaly detection to surface databases with failures, IOPS, deadlocks, and other failure reasons.
• Automate management tasks, streamline processes, and perform standard administrative functions

About you:

• Understanding of MySQL’s (5.7+) underlying storage engines
• Knowledge of Performance and scalability issues with MySQL
• Strong experience with MySQL HA using Orchestrator/ProxySQL/Consul/Pacemaker
• Experience with configuration management like Puppet/Ansible
• Knowledge of limitations in MySQL and their workarounds in contrast to other popular relational databases
• Automation experience with ‘Python/Ruby/Perl’ and ‘SQL’ scripting
• Analytical skills necessary to perform troubleshooting of errors and performance issues on a large array of Mysql cluster spread over multiple data centers.

Due to the nature of the role, it would be nice if you have also:

• Experience in other distributed systems like Redis, Elasticsearch, Memcached.
• Experience in managing a large fleet of database servers.
• Knowledge of HA and scalability issues with PostgreSQL

MLOps Engineer

Required Candidate profile :

• 3+ years’ experience in developing continuous integration and deployment (CI/CD) pipelines (e.g. Jenkins, Github Actions) and bringing ML models to CI/CD pipelines
• Candidate with strong Azure expertise
• Exposure of Productionize the models
• Candidate should have complete knowledge of Azure ecosystem, especially in the area of DE
• Candidate should have prior experience in Design, build, test, and maintain machine learning infrastructure to empower data scientists to rapidly iterate on model development
• Develop continuous integration and deployment (CI/CD) pipelines on top of Azure that includes AzureML, MLflow and Azure Devops
• Proficient knowledge of git, Docker and containers, Kubernetes
• Familiarity with Terraform
• E2E production experience with Azure ML, Azure ML Pipelines
• Experience in Azure ML extension for Azure Devops
• Worked on Model Drift (Concept Drift, Data Drift preferable on Azure ML.)
• Candidate will be part of a cross-functional team that builds and delivers production-ready data science projects. You will work with team members and stakeholders to creatively identify, design, and implement solutions that reduce operational burden, increase reliability and resiliency, ensure disaster recovery and business continuity, enable CI/CD, optimize ML and AI services, and maintain it all in infrastructure as code everything-in-version-control manner.
