Role Description :
Domain Experience
• Preferably 3-5 years’ experience in Controlling department in reputed companies
• Good working knowledge of accounting and costing. Knowledgeable in finance or controlling processes, legislation and best practices.
• Develop and provide functional and technical expertise focusing for CO related areas. Analyses and maps users’ business requirements, processes and objectives.
• Work with the business users / process owners to identify their requirements, design enhancements and functionality to help meet user requirements.
• Assist in the technical preparation of Business Process Procedures, Test Scenarios, End-user documentation.
SAP Experience:
• Extensive experience in configuring and customising SAP Cost Element Accounting , Cost Center Accounting, Profit Center Accounting, Internal Orders, Activity-Based Costing and Profitability Analysis and CATS (Cross-Application Time Sheet).
• Worked on 3 end to end SAP CO modules implementation preferred for service industry.
• In-depth knowledge of CO data migration and integration between SAP PS, FI, SD and CATS ensuring seamless data flow and accurate reporting.
• Hands-on experience in Time data integration (export) from Non-SAP platform to CATS.
• Requirement analysis and interacting with business to understand the requirements and resolve the queries/questions.
• Carrying out customization changes as and when required following the SAP standard practices.
• Interacting with technical/cross-functional consultants /teams for resolving issues.
• Defining Functional Specifications for new developments and maintaining the documents related to the change in the system.
• Drafting & Executing the test cases and testing the new developments/ configurations across development and quality environments in S/4 HANA.
• Provide 2nd and 3rd levels SAP support including training and authorisation management of CO related areas
• Work closely with Controlling team to rollout global standards for management reporting
• UAT and Regression testing- completion and script writing.
• Responsible for the investigation and resolution of problems on a day-to-day basis.
• Experience in full life cycle SAP implementation on SAP CO consultant position in ECC 6.0 and / or S/4 HANA is a MUST.
• In-deep understanding of CO with other SAP module preferred SAP- HCM , PS and CATS.
General Attribute:

Familiarity with Playwright or other browser application testing frameworks is a significant advantage.
Proficiency in object-oriented programming and principles is required.
Extensive knowledge of AWS services is essential.
Strong expertise in REST API testing and SQL is required.

What you will do
The cluster manager will be a mini-CEO/owner of his allocated cluster. He will be handling operations & sales of all the farms in his cluster with his team of farm managers & BDEs.
Your role will be a part of Hyperlocal farm team where we tend to solve for the best quality cattle. You will be responsible for top-line growth of your respective cluster (5-6 districts) leading a team of 7-8 farms i.e., a team of 150-200. You will be looking after your cluster’s sales and operations ensuring the right PnL for the farms with the aggression of a sales leader while thinking strategically to achieve diverse goals and tremendous growth. As a Cluster Head you will be accountable for demand
generation activities by carrying out farmer level direct and targeted connects in 4-300 villages under each cattle farm. These cattle farms are located in tier II and tier III cities while catering to a catchment area of 4-300 villages per cattle farm.
Roles & Responsibilities:
You will be responsible to run on ground operations of 3 -4 farms within
his/her territory and for handling a monthly revenue to the tune of 2-3 Cr.
Build and nurture a team of 100+ people consisting of on ground sales
executives and their team leaders in the territory
Handling end to end business operations at state level which would require extensive travel to the farms across state
Creating a strategic road map and execution plan of the farm operations across the cluster
Ensuring that the monthly, quarterly and yearly business targets are achieved as per annual operating plan
Handling escalations/concerns raised at various levels within organisation or from other stakeholders
Recruiting and mentoring on the ground staff both on-roll as well as off-roll basis the hiring requirement of the farm
Working closely with internal as well as external stakeholders and also
responsible for preparation and reporting of daily operation report for the
category leaders
PREFERRED QUALIFICATION AND SKILLS:
In depth knowledge of VUE.JS
• In depth knowledge of HTML5 • In depth knowledge of CSS3 (Less, Sass, Stylus is a plus), knowledge of BEM methodology is preferred
• Detailed knowledge of JavaScript (ES2015 is a plus)
• Experience in any JS framework(Angular, React + Redux, Vue, etc.,) is must
