Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Technical Team Lead to guide a local IT Services Management Team and also acting as a software developer. In this role, you will be responsible for the application management of a B2C application to meet the agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and fulfil customer expectations.
Your Team will act as a on-call-duty team in the time between 6 pm to 8 am, 365 days a year. You will work together with the responsible Senior Project Manager in Germany.

Responsibilities:

Change Management: Responsible for implementing and coordinating changes to the application, considering the impact on ongoing operations.
Requirements:
Education und Experience: A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field, with a minimum of 5 years of professional experience or equivalent work experience.
Skills & Expertise:
Proficient in ITIL service management frameworks.

In this role, you will be responsible for refining and advising on the further development of an existing monitoring solution based on the Elastic Stack (ELK). You will independently handle tasks related to architecture, setup, technical migration, and documentation.
The current application landscape features multiple Java web services running on JEE application servers, primarily hosted on AWS, and integrated with various systems such as SAP, other services, and external partners. Position Overview & Priorities:
The DevOps Engineer will be responsible for effective provisioning, installation/configuration, operation, and maintenance of systems and software using Infrastructure as Code. This can include the provision of cloud instances, streamlining deployments, configuring virtual instances, scaling out DB servers.
Primary responsibility would be:
- Oversight of all server environments, from Dev through Production.
- Work on an infrastructure that is 100% on AWS.
- Work on CI/CD tooling which is used to build and deploy code to our cloud.
- Assist with day-to-day issue management.
