Roles and responsibilities:

• Design and own product roadmap- Work very closely with the design, and technology team to ensure steady product execution.
• Customer Research - Understanding the pain points of the customer amongst different industries. Research into existing and potential future customer segments enables further granular segmentation on the marketing and sales side of the house
• Sales Enablement - Familiarity with the different stages of our sales cycle.
• Come up with various ideas and strategies to sustain and increase engagement and retention through various design elements
• Identify problems and deficiencies and implement solutions in a timely manner
• Partner with engineers to oversee the user experience of new features and products from conception through launch
• A/B test various strategies, make improvements and take key decisions around them
• Track the initiatives and measure week-over-week progress

• You have 2+ years of product management experience and a strong execution track record in building and managing technical software products
• You are excited about bridging access in the financial services space and becoming an industry expert in the field of income and employment verification and the competitive space of employment-related APIs

Skills and Qualifications –
• 2-5 years of product management or business systems design/analysis experience
• Strong experience of working on development and conceptualisation of consumer
facing mobile
applications (Andriod / ios) from scratch along with driving the growth, downloads
and usage of the
application
• Customer focused mind-set
• Strong communication and analytical skills, with ability to prioritize things so to

Requirements:

•  Candidates shall be working in a product/internet consumer firm and only B2B Product Firms (Not B2C)
•  Candidates shall be a full time MBA from a tier1 Institutes
•  Candidates shall have experience in Road-mapping, goal setting, managing project execution, A/B testing, UI/UX wire-framing, defining product roll-out strategy.

Responsibilities:

• Own delivery of product initiatives and releases Lead ideation, development, launch, testing, and iteration of new features Translate high-level conceptual product ideas into clearly defined product specifications.

Skills and Qualifications:

•  3+ years’ experience in a product management role within a B2B software company Experienced being the product owner in agile product teams
•  Experience with A/B testing and using data to inform product decisions
•  Technical enough to work effectively with engineers to decide on different product paths Design-capable enough to work effectively with designers to decide on good platform UI/UX choices
•  Strong prototyping and wireframing skills using tools like Balsamiq, Moqups etc.
•  Experienced in managing product backlogs and priorities based on user research and collaborating with internal stakeholder
•  Effective decision maker and can help teams understand rationale and reasons for the product decisions and roadmap direction
•  Thrive in a fast-paced startup environment
