Role Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and visionary Senior Full Stack Developer to lead the technical design and development of our core SaaS platform. In this role, you will be responsible for making critical architectural decisions, mentoring other engineers, and ensuring our application is built for massive scale and high performance. You are not just a coder; you are a technical leader who will shape the future of our product and drive our engineering culture forward.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the architecture and design of highly scalable, secure, and resilient full-stack web applications.
• Take ownership of major features and system components, from technical strategy through to deployment and long-term maintenance.
• Mentor and guide junior and mid-level developers, conducting code reviews and fostering a culture of technical excellence.
• Drive technical strategy and make key decisions on technology stacks, frameworks, and infrastructure.
• Engineer and implement solutions specifically for SaaS scalability, including microservices, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and efficient cloud resource management.
• Establish and champion best practices for code quality, automated testing, and robust CI/CD pipelines.
• Collaborate with product leadership to translate business requirements into concrete technical roadmaps.

Skills & Qualifications:

• 5+ years of professional experience in full-stack development, with a proven track record of building and launching complex SaaS products.
• Deep expertise in both front-end (React, Angular, Vue.js) and back-end (Node.js, Python, Java, Go) technologies.
• Expert-level knowledge of designing and scaling applications on a major cloud platform (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Proven, hands-on experience architecting for scale, including deep knowledge of microservices architecture, message queues, and database scaling strategies (e.g., sharding, replication).
• In-depth understanding of database technologies (both SQL and NoSQL) and how to choose the right one for the job.
• Expertise in implementing and managing CI/CD pipelines and advocating for DevOps principles.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical ideas to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• A passion for solving complex problems and a proactive, self-starter attitude.

1. Working on MERN stack product development for core product
2. Exploring possibilities with proof of concepts & prototyping
3. Building the product as per specifications 
4. Developing the user-facing features using React.js
5. Designing a modern highly responsive web-based user interface 
6. Building reusable components and front-end libraries for future use
7. Translating designs and wireframes into high-quality code
8. Learn and understand user interactions
9. Optimising components for maximum performance across a vast array of web-capable devices and browsers 
10. Coordinating with various teams working on distinct layers
11. As a React.js Developer, you will be involved from conception to completion with projects that are technologically sound and aesthetically impressive. 

1. Node.js & ReactJS/Next.js ( MEAN/MERN Stack)
2. Strong proficiency in JavaScript, including DOM manipulation and the JavaScript object model
3. Thorough understanding of React.js and its core principles
4. Prior experience with popular React.js workflows (such as Flux or Redux)
5. Familiarity with more current specifications of EcmaScript
6. Familiarity with RESTful APIs
7. Great CSS skills. Familiarity with React Styled Components, SCSS, LESS, etc.
8. Knowledge of modern authorisation mechanisms, such as JSON Web Token
9. Familiarity with modern front-end build pipelines and tools
10. Experience with common front-end development tools such as Babel, Webpack, NPM, etc.
11. Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into technical requirements
12. A knack for benchmarking and optimisation.
13. Familiarity with code versioning tools
14. Familiarity with Test Driven Development and tools like JEST & React Testing Library is a plus.
15. Familiarity with Firebase and other backend as a services is a plus.

• Someone who could lead a team of 3-5 marketers covering all aspects of digital marketing including PPC, SEO, Affiliates, Email, CRO, etc.
• They’ve likely got 5+ years of digital marketing experience
• Should be comfortable contributing to strategy
• It Will is hands-on , to begin with (i.e. I expect someone to be extracting the data, setting bids, defining Keywords, etc.)
• Will have led a team before
• Need to be comfortable with large budgets and complex Ads accounts (1000s of AdGroups, 1,00,000s of Keywords, etc.
• Should understand some of the conversion tracking, attribution, display, and Facebook too
• Needs to be numerate e.g. above to extract reports, manipulate in Excel, etc.
• Comfortable challenging processes and strategy
• Strong verbal and written English required
