Primary Responsibilities:

• Manage and grow the banking and investment relationships of High Net Worth (HNI) clients under the their portfolio.
• Increase CASA balances in the assigned portfolio through deepening existing relationships and acquiring new-to-bank (NTB) customers.
• Drive overall growth in liabilities and investment products within the HNI segment.
• Capture and maximize business opportunities through detailed client profiling in line with organizational processes (CRM).
• Develop and expand customer relationships for both liability and retail asset products.
• Inform clients about new products and enhancements to deepen and broaden banking relationships.
• Ensure portfolio profitability by cross-selling and up-selling across the Bank’s product suite.
• Manage segment-wise customer migration to enhance profitability and optimize service delivery.

• Proactively identify potential problem accounts and implement risk-mitigating strategies.

• Accurately and consistently record all sales and client engagement activities in the CRM system.
• Ensure strict compliance with regulatory and internal policies, especially in customer onboarding and account management.

Position Statement:

The incumbent will be an experienced leader with a proven capability in leading multiple teams and contributing to overall organizational goal attainment. • Managing Accounts – Coordinating with Test Manager and test Lead. Managing client escalation, People issues, requirement etc. Understanding existing clients, upcoming IT projects & IT budget etc
• Working closely with the existing team – QK Account sales team for new logos and new solutions offerings.
• Contributing to Marketing & white papers.
• Working with Finance on billing and invoicing issues.
• Resource planning, coordinating with RMG, TA etc.
• Monitoring Revenue Leakage and GM improvement.
• Project Governance & Risk - Effort, Time and Cost.
• Project scope/timeline deviation / Tracking CR with Client stakeholders.
• Skip-level meetings with TL, STE & TE.
• New project Estimation and working on proposals. Contributes to strategic and policy development and implementation of the same in the organization.
• Allocates accountability amongst the team, manages career development of others, liaises with other managers, advises the business on technology related issues & engages in short/medium / long-term plan. Applies advanced knowledge and experience to the development of new methods, programs and procedures. Offers expertise cutting across units and makes tactical decisions impacting business development and client relationship management.
• Advises Senior Management on specialized testing issues, conducts, supports, and reports research in one's own areas of expertise.

Required Experience:

• 15+ years of experience in the IT Industry preferably working in the service-based IT industry.

• Proven experience in leading Agile, DevOps, technology, and digitization automation-driven projects.
• Possesses strong BFSI domain knowledge (Preferred Indian clients)
• Strong delivery and technology excellence.
• Strong understanding of business value to be delivered to clients with appropriate cost/ quality.
• Should have worked closely with Pre-sales for new logos and new solutions and ensured financing, efficiency etc.
• Accountable for Revenue targets and maintaining good Gross Margin.
• Delivering ROI & BVR on Automation for the client.
• Should possess and have a good understanding of Test automation solutions and implementation.

Professional Qualification:

• B.Sc./ B. Tech / B.E. / MCA / MBA
• Possess 1-2 globally accepted certifications.
• Should have scored a minimum of 60% of marks throughout all academic levels

• Working with Banks in 24x7 based environment and identify Application problems and advising on the solution.
• Analyzing application/OS logs to spot common trends and underlying problems.
• Analyzing underlying database using SQL queries (MS SQL /Oracle or any other relational database).
• Deploying, testing, and reporting bugs/issues in new modules and support clients in testing.

Skills Required:

• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• knowledge of Linux Commands and database queries.
• Knowledge of Application servers i.e Apache Tomcat/ Jboss.
• Knowledge of shell script 
• knowledge on Banking Digital Products i.e. IMPS, UPI

• 3-5yrs of practical DS experience working with varied data sets. Working with retail banking is preferred but not necessary.
• Need to be strong in concepts of statistical modelling – particularly looking for practical knowledge learnt from work experience (should be able to give "rule of thumb" answers)
• Strong problem solving skills and the ability to articulate really well.
• Ideally, the data scientist should have interfaced with data engineering and model deployment teams to bring models / solutions to "live" in production.
• Strong working knowledge of python ML stack is very important here.
• Willing to work on diverse range of tasks in building ML related capability on the Corridor Platform as well as client work.
• Someone with strong interest in data engineering aspect of ML is highly preferred, i.e. can play dual role of Data Scientist as well as someone who can code a module on our Corridor Platform writing robust code.
