Job Description:-

• Having experience of solar project execution
• Site visit, material forecasting
• BOM preparation
• Solar plant drawing preparation
• Experience on AutoCAD for various drawing i.e. Plant layout, electrical SLD, earthing design, structure design planning.
• Project costing forecast, costing Estimation and cost evaluation of project as per market.
• Vendor management.
• Vendors follow-up.
• Vendors payment update and working follow-up.
• Readiness to visit any site and experienced enough to prepare the project planning.
• Responsible for on-site project issue.

Plan, launch, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.

Manage end-to-end campaign execution including targeting, ad setup, creative testing, and landing page optimization.

Drive lead generation by lowering CPA and improving ROAS.

Run remarketing, retargeting, and lookalike campaigns to boost conversions.

Implement A/B testing for creatives, copies, landing pages, and funnels.

Use AI tools and automation to improve campaign efficiency.

Monitor budgets and key KPIs (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, Conversion Rates).

Track, analyze, and report performance using Analytics, GTM, and ad manager platforms.

Position: Business Development Lead

Reports to: Area Business Lead / Zonal Business Lead

Role Overview:

The Business Development Lead will be responsible for driving sales, managing channel partners, and expanding the company’s market share within the assigned territory. This role requires strong business acumen, relationship-building skills, and the ability to deliver consistent results by executing sales strategies effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for the assigned territory.
• Manage distributor and dealer networks to ensure product availability and market penetration.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners, retailers, and key customers.
• Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base within the territory.
• Conduct regular market visits to monitor competitor activities, pricing, and customer trends.
• Ensure timely collection of payments and adherence to credit policies
• Coordinate with marketing and product teams to execute promotional campaigns.
• Provide accurate sales forecasts, MIS reports, and market intelligence.
• Drive secondary sales and ensure proper stock management at distributor points
• Train and motivate the sales team/distributor staff to achieve performance goals.
