Role :Tech Lead-Full Stack

Responsibilities 

·      Understand and analyze the business requirements.

·      Design and implementation of the overall application architecture.

·      Ensure the design is built for speed and scalability.

·      Conduct and participate in meetings with various levels of users and management

·      Create high level estimate for the release to understand the size of the project

·      Contribute to sprint grooming, planning meetings add necessary details

·      Guide the Team Technically and should be able to manage the tasks for the Team

·      Follow and contribute to best practices both in terms of technology and process

·      Review code of the developers to ensure adherence to best practices and correctness of implementation

·      Manage deployment across environments by coordinating integration testing

·      Ensure the delivery quality and timelines within sprints and release

·      Research emerging technologies and maintain awareness of current platform roadmaps to assist with developing strategic plans

·      Implementation of the user interface

·      Design and deployment of the database.

·      Writing effective APIs

Skills

At least 7 to 10 years of industry experience and skilled in below,

·      Experience coaching and mentoring team members

·      Experience in conducting code reviews and creating a collaborative development environment

·      Familiarity with design patterns

·      Experience designing and developing solutions for Azure/cloud.

·      Excellent analytical, communication and teamwork skills

·      Understanding of Agile frameworks and Tools

·      Backend programming language & frameworks specifically C#, ASP .NET Core, Node.js

·      Web fundamentals such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript and jQuery

·      JavaScript frameworks such as Angular and React

·      Experience with Microsoft SQL Server; Familiarity with Mongo or Cosmos DB is a plus.

·      Experience developing REST APIs

·      Design and implementation of continuous integration and deployment

Education

Bachelor’s or master’s degree with specialization in Computer Science or related field

About the role

We're looking for a tech lead to set the technical direction for a growing team and raise the bar for everyone around them. This is a hands-on leadership role: you'll still write production code, but your largest impact comes through architecture, mentorship, and the standards you instill. You own outcomes for a team, not just your own commits.

• Lead the technical direction of a team building across our TypeScript/React + Node.js + AWS stack
• Drive architecture decisions, document tradeoffs, and align the team on a clear technical path Mentor engineers through code review, pairing, and guidance, growing them toward strong production ownership
• Set and uphold standards for code quality, testing, and operational rigor
• Stay hands-on: write production code on the highest-leverage and hardest problems
• Partner with product and leadership to scope work, manage technical risk, and deliver predictably
• Be accountable for the reliability and maturity of the systems your team owns in production

Experience and Required Skill Sets: 

1      Solid experience in software design and development using Microsoft ASP.NET framework, C#, Visual Studio, and in writing clean, readable, and easily maintainable code

2      5+ years of experience in WCF, WPF, VB.NET, SQL Server, JQuery, Angular 10 and above.

3      5+ years of experience in developing highly scalable REST/Web APIs

4      5+ years of experience in developing highly efficient SQL/NoSQL Queries

5      5+ years of experience in Relational and Document databases

6      Strong understanding of object-oriented programming and possess strong fundamental design principles for building a scalable application.

7      Experience in using the MVC framework, working knowledge in APIs, and Service Oriented Architecture

8      Strong understanding of object-oriented programming and possess strong fundamental design principles for building a scalable application.

9      Experience in Angular version 10 and above is required 

10   Expert in SQL programming & Database Design (Stored procedure, Function, Trigger, Constraints, Replication) 

11   Strong ability in HTML and JavaScript (AJAX, DOM)

12   Development experience with data integration technologies including REST, SOAP, JSON, XML

13   Expertise in programming and usage of any unit testing framework. Expertise in integration testing and continuous integration.

14   Experience working in a DevOps environment will be an added advantage.
