Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, test, and deploy scalable applications using the MEAN (MongoDB, Express.js, Angular, Node.js) stack.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and design new features.

• Optimize applications for performance, security, and scalability.

• Write clean, modular, and well-documented code that adheres to best practices.

• Work with RESTful and WebSocket APIs to ensure seamless integration with backend services.

• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues throughout the development lifecycle.

• Build cross-platform applications using Electron (a plus) to bridge web and desktop environments.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

• 4+ years of hands-on experience with the MEAN Stack.

• Strong proficiency in front-end development with Angular and back-end development with Node.js and Express.js.

• Experience with MongoDB, including schema design and query optimization.

• Familiarity with Electron framework is a plus.

• Proficient understanding of code versioning tools, such as Git.

• Knowledge of cloud services like AWS or Azure is advantageous.

• Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.

• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with desktop application development using Electron.

• Knowledge of microservices architecture and containerization (Docker).

• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and Agile development methodologies

What you will do?

As a Full Stack Developer, you’ll be intrumental in shaping the future of AI assistants for data teams and understand the intricacies of Large Language Models (LLMs) to optimize their usage across multiple use cases. Utilizing Django, you'll architect back-end infrastructures optimized for handling data processes and LLM interactions. Your role involves building APIs with the Django Rest Framework. With React, you'll design user-centric interfaces that seamlessly integrate with our AI assistants, ensuring that data teams have an intuitive experience. Working at the forefront of AI revolutions and pushing the boundaries of what AI can achieve in data management and analysis.

About the Role

As a Lead Engineer, you will need to produce and implement functional software solutions. You will work with a senior engineer to define software requirements and take the lead on operational and technical projects. In this role, you should be able to work with minimal supervision.  Your goal will be to develop high-quality software that is aligned with customer needs and business goals.

Responsibilities

• You will need to ensure that software deliverables comply with quality standards and are completed on time.
• Experience or proactive working in mission-critical 24*7 systems.
• Review the performance of the operating system used in the Company and upgrade it as and when required. 
• Conducts peer code reviews and design reviews. 
• Should have knowledge and experience working with SAAS-based applications in early or mid-stage startups. 
• Undertaking engineering tasks that are complex in nature and also working on big modules and defining the architectural layouts, both on the Application, API, and Database levels. 
• Demonstrates broad and deep expertise in multiple computer languages and frameworks (e.g., open-source).
• Designs, Develop and approve end-to-end functionality of a product line, platform, or infrastructure.
• 3+ Years of experience as Technical Lead. 
• 6+ years of software development experience with at least one full-cycle implementation.
• Strong exposure working on projects related to MERN stack. Maintains deep technical knowledge within areas of expertise

Desired Experience

Technical Skills: 

• Programming and working with mobile or website systems & security principles. 
• Strong experience in Tech Stack - MERN (Node.JS, Express, React.JS, Mongodb) with GraphQl as preferred API. 
• Experience working in Product lifecycle management from requirement gatherings to user experience. 
• Strong experience in JS libraries. 
• Must have delivered at least 1 product (which should be available in the public domain for reference)

Qualifications

We are looking for LAMP-Stack developers. Someone with a minimum of 3 years of experience.
Must have:

• Strong verbal and written communication skills, analytical skills and the ability to learn quickly
• Creative approach to problem-solving with the ability to focus on details while maintaining the "big picture" view
• Proven experience of working on/with Composer,  PHP7, CodeIgniter, MySQL.
• Experience with creating and consuming APIs.
• Knowledge of wordpress, Python, Elasticsearch, Redis, RabbitMQ, Cloudflare would be a HUGE PLUS.
• Any other experience with languages like NODE will be appreciated (but must NOT be your primary skill)

Focus Areas and Core Responsibilities

Accountable for day-to-day implementation and launch of product roadmap features and updates.

Collaborate with Data Science, Tech and UX teams to create systems design and information architecture based off of user stories and requirements. Ensure test cases are properly written.

Maintain and work on the continuous improvement and development of company tools.

Skillset, Qualifications, and Experience

• 5+ years of web application development experience including strong working knowledge of JavaScript, ReactJS, NodeJS, Mongo and Express.
• Familiar with asynchronous programming and object-oriented programming best practices. Must have prior experience with MVC design pattern
• Experience with node and linux commands necessary for debugging installations and deployment locally and on cloud services such as AWS
• Strong familiarity with a variety of APIs and RESTful interfaces
• Familiar with various methods for performance optimization
• Ability to work with UX/UI team to create a frictionless user experience and pixel perfect web components and data visualizations
• Experience integrating security best practices into the SDLC
• Expert level Git, including branching and best practices to resolve merge conflicts
• 1+ years of Agile development experience
• Experience manipulating and working with data in a variety of forms: csv, xml, json, structured and unstructured
