Responsibilities:

• Be responsible for maintaining, expanding, and scaling the application stack.
• Work with development teams and UI/UX designers to ideate software solutions.
•  Design client-side and server-side architecture.
• Setting a vision for how technology will be used in the company.
• Ensuring that technological resources meet the company's short and long-term needs.
• Outline the goals for research and development.

Requirement:

• 1+ years of React  Js development experience, ideally in a team lead role
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript, including DOM manipulation and the JavaScript object model 
• Expertise in designing back-end applications with Node.js.
• Experience in design and development of Full Stack applications using one or more JS frameworks like ReactJS.
• Good architectural & design skills.
• Strong coding, data structures and algorithms skills.
• The ability to own end to end responsibility right from requirement to release.
• The ability to produce bug-free and production grade code.

6 - 12 years of professional experience with any of the below stacks:  

∙MERN stack: JavaScript - MongoDB - Express - ReactJS - Node,  

∙MEAN stack: JavaScript - MongoDB - Express - AngularJS - Node.js

Requirements:

∙Professional experience with JavaScript and associated web technologies (CSS, semantic HTML). 

∙Proficiency in the English language, both written and verbal, sufficient for success in a remote and largely asynchronous work environment. 

∙Demonstrated capacity to clearly and concisely communicate about complex technical, architectural, and/or organizational problems and propose thorough iterative solutions. 

∙Experience with performance and optimization problems and a demonstrated ability to both diagnose and prevent these problems. 

∙Comfort working in a highly agile software development process. 

∙Positive and solution-oriented mindset. 

∙Experience owning a project from concept to production, including proposal, discussion, and execution. 

∙Strong sense of ownership with the eagerness to design and deliver significant and impactful technology solutions.

• BTech, BE, BS degree in Computer Science, a similar technical field of study, or equivalent practical experience.
• 6+ years experience in web and software development.

• Demonstrated experience in Node, Mongo, Python2/3, Express, ReactJS.
• Experience with testing frameworks like Mocha, Jest, Jasmine etc.

● 3+ Years of Designing Middleware using NodeJS platform.

● Good Experience with Javascript / TypeScript, Event Loops,
