Job Purpose:
The HR Business Partner will act as a strategic advisor to business leaders, aligning HR initiatives with business goals. The role involves driving employee engagement, performance management, talent development, organizational effectiveness, and change management within the assigned business unit.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Strategic HR Partnership
· Act as the single point of contact for the leadership team and employees in the assigned business unit.
· Understand business goals and develop HR strategies to support growth and performance.
· Translate business needs into HR solutions, and proactively provide data-driven insights.
2. Talent Management
· Support workforce planning, succession planning, and internal mobility.
· Identify talent gaps and build plans to bridge them through development or recruitment.
· Manage end-to-end performance management cycle: goal setting, mid-year and annual reviews, and feedback sessions.
3. Employee Relations & Engagement
· Build a strong employee connect and proactively resolve grievances, concerns, or conflicts.
· Design and execute employee engagement initiatives to drive motivation and retention.
· Act as a custodian of company culture and core values.
4. HR Operations & Compliance
· Ensure HR policies and processes are implemented and followed consistently.
· Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal audit requirements.
· Partner with HR CoEs (TA, L&D, C&B, etc.) to ensure efficient execution of HR programs.
5. Data & Analytics
· Use HR analytics to monitor key metrics like attrition, absenteeism, engagement, etc.
· Provide actionable insights to business and HR leadership.
Qualifications & Skills:
· MBA/PGDM in HR from a reputed institute.
· 2–10 years of experience as an HRBP or in a similar HR Generalist role.
· Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
· Excellent interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
· Analytical and problem-solving mindset.
· Ability to influence leadership and drive change initiatives.

Responsibilities
- Monitor internal HR systems and databases
- Act as a consultant to managers and staff regarding policies and procedures
- Address employees’ queries on issues related to compensation and all other relevant topics
- Prepare employees for assignments by establishing and conducting orientation and training programs
- To conduct timely various employee engagement activities
- Ensure planning, monitoring, and appraisal of employee work results by training managers to coach and discipline employees; scheduling management conferences with employees; hearing and resolving employee grievances; counselling employees and supervisors
- Asses and maintain employee benefits programs and inform employees of the same
- Complete HR operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees; following up on work results & nurture a positive working environment
- Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance & timely feedback
- Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs
- Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics
- Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management.
- Manage employee benefits, including broker/ vendor relationships, enrolment, claims resolution, and general employee inquiries
- Manage the employee onboarding and offboarding processes to enhance new and departing employee experience
- Recommend new approaches, policies and procedures
- Act as the primary HR point of contact for all ISO & Internal audits and work with internal teams and manage HR compliance documentation, process and audits
- Other duties as assigned.

- Fresher to 1 years of related HR operation’s experience required, with prior experience with product based or startup will be plus.
