Job Title: QA Engineer – Blockchain / Web3 / DApps

Location: Noida (Onsite)

About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented QA Engineer with hands-on experience in Blockchain, Web3 Wallets, and Decentralized Applications (DApps). The ideal candidate will ensure the reliability, performance, and security of blockchain-based products through both manual and automated testing.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and execute test cases for Blockchain applications, Web3 Wallets, and DApps.
• Perform functional, integration, regression, and performance testing across blockchain ecosystems (Ethereum, Polygon, BSC, etc.).
• Test Web3 wallet integrations (MetaMask, Trust Wallet, WalletConnect, Coinbase Wallet).
• Validate smart contracts using Hardhat, Truffle, Remix IDE, and Blockchain Explorers (Etherscan, Polygonscan, BSCscan).
• Conduct API testing (REST, GraphQL, Web3 APIs) using Postman, Newman, and Insomnia.
• Automate UI & functional tests using Selenium, Cypress, or Playwright.
• Perform mobile DApp testing using Appium.
• Collaborate with developers, product managers, and blockchain engineers to identify and resolve defects.
• Document test plans, strategies, and reports in Confluence/JIRA.
• Participate in CI/CD pipelines for test automation (Jenkins, GitHub Actions).

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 3+ years of QA experience, with at least 2 years in Blockchain/Web3.
• Strong understanding of smart contracts, wallets, and decentralized apps.
• Hands-on experience with test automation frameworks and API testing.
• Excellent problem-solving, debugging, and communication skills.

Ability to take reference from existing client

Ability to generate performance from team & build good relationship with client

Proven track record of achievement of target

Ability to set target & understand product costing with projection

Here are some technologies you may find useful for web development:

- Vue.js for the front-end framework

Skills Required:

• 2 - 5 years of hands-on experience with Mongo DB as a Developer.
• Deploy and create MongoDB clusters with appropriate configuration once the machines are provisioned
• Be able to script, and have programming ability with MongoDB shell and/or other programming languages
• Configure and monitor replica sets and Sharded Clusters
• Ability and experience in working with applications that work with MongoDB such as Java, Node.js and/or others
• Experience with MongoDB security, managing roles and permissions
• Experience with MongoDB backups and restores, manually and using MongoDB and other tools

7. Create and distribute event-related communications, invitations, and promotional materials to enhance event participation and awareness, while securing speaking engagements and thought leadership opportunities at industry conferences and events.

8. Develop and implement internal communication strategies to foster employee engagement and alignment with corporate values and goals. This includes creating and distributing internal communications materials, organizing town hall meetings, employee forums, and facilitating open dialogue.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in communications, public relations, marketing, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred.

2. 4+ years of experience in corporate communications, public relations, or related roles.

3. Strong knowledge of corporate communications principles, strategies, and best practices.

4. Proficiency in communication tools, digital platforms, and analytics for content creation, distribution, and measurement.

5. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft clear and impactful messaging.

6. Creative thinking and the ability to develop unique content ideas and innovative communication strategies.

7. Strong analytical skills to interpret data, measure communication effectiveness, and make data-driven decisions.

8. Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

As a Senior Software Engineer - I,you'll take on complex problems that span multiple components and teams. As SSE - I, you could expect to: 

• Independently own one or more multiple modules, which includes: requirement analysis, design, development, maintenance & support
• Write extensive, efficient code to address complex modules and that handles interaction between multiple components.
