Requirement
10+ years of experience in HR with major exposure in Talent Acquisition, preferably in the IT industry.
- Identify talent needs and translate them into an agreed recruitment plan, aimed at the fulfilment of the needs within time, budget and quality constraints.

SCOPE OF WORK:
Research and Analysis:
- Stay ahead of platform updates and trends; integrate innovations into strategy
- Drive keyword strategy and restructure accounts to unlock scalable growth
