Requirement-

CTO + CoFounder wanted for our Tech startup where we're trying to build Connected Mobility in parallel to a "short videos app" meant for dashcam videos getting recorded straight from the user's smartphone. So you can say we're a TikTok of dashcam videos at the front.

Expecting the individual is capable & willing to work on these below languages-

Our backend codes are in CakePHP,
Admin Panel in Laravel,
Android is in Java.
No iOS app yet but we plan to roll it out soon.

Hence, we're expecting the CTO to be having fair idea/expertise about these languages. Also, we don't have an iOS app at this point, but it would be benefecial if there's a fair knowledge about iOS apps as well. Also, since the server being used is AWS we are hoping the person knows how to efficiently utilize various features of the same while linking the things.

Proposed Salary may be available only after angel investor, VCs come on board.

• The CTO will set company’s technological vision and lead its execution.
• Responsible to build and scale an online B2B / B2C platform from the scratch
• Build a solid technical team across Software development, Architecture & design, Dev Ops / Infrastructure.

• Min 5 years of experience must have headed a full journey experience of scaling up software product & technology from scratch within a B2C or B2B environment during zero to one phase of the startup
• Proven ability to work in the intersection of technology and business to drive revenue growth. Must have experience of working in a start-up during zero to one phase along with Founder/s or at a Founder/s minus 1 level.
• Proven experience of building and leading engineering teams that have scaled along the journey.
• Must have experience managing teams across Software development, Architecture & design, Dev Ops / Infrastructure
• Candidate must have nuanced understanding of trade-offs among features, risks and costs.

This job is NOT for someone looking to go from one corporate to another 7-9 years of experience Experience in Predictive and Machine Learning (ideally targeted to Indian customers). Some experience in Financial Services (e.g.: investment management, investment banking, mortgage banking) Deep expertise in data engineering Exposure to Real Time & Big Data Analytics (in any industry segment). Work experience with open source big data technologies including Hadoop, Streams Computing, and Spark. Engineering or Physics or Math or Stats undergraduate degree. Masters or Phd a plus.
