We're looking for a talented and client-focused Salesforce Consultant to lead the design, implementation, and optimization of Salesforce solutions tailored to our clients’ unique needs.

Role Overview:

As a Salesforce Consultant, you will work directly with clients to understand their business requirements, configure and customize Salesforce solutions, and ensure successful deployment. Your deep Salesforce expertise and strategic mindset will be instrumental in delivering high-impact CRM initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end Salesforce implementations and enhancements for clients across industries.
• Conduct discovery workshops to gather and document business requirements.
• Design scalable Salesforce solutions, ensuring alignment with client goals and best practices.
• Configure Salesforce objects, fields, workflows, reports, dashboards, and automation rules.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders, developers, and third-party vendors to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Provide user training, documentation, and post-deployment support.
• Stay current with Salesforce releases and recommend system improvements.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience working as a Salesforce Consultant, Admin, or Business Analyst.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and CRM workflows.
• Hands-on experience with configuration (custom objects, flows, validation rules, etc.).
• Proven ability to translate business needs into technical requirements and Salesforce configurations.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.

We are looking for a talented UI Designer to create amazing user experiences. The ideal candidate should have an eye for clean and artful design, possess superior UI skills and be able to translate high-level requirements into interaction flows and artifacts, and transform them into beautiful, intuitive, and functional user interfaces.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with product management and engineering to define and implement innovative solutions for the product direction, visuals and experience
• Execute all visual design stages from concept to final hand-off to engineering
• Conceptualize original ideas that bring simplicity and user friendliness to complex design roadblocks
• Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows and site maps to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas
• Present and defend designs and key milestone deliverables to peers and executive level stakeholders
• Conduct user research and evaluate user feedback
• Establish and promote design guidelines, best practices and standards

Requirements and skills

• Proven UI experience
• Demonstrable UI design skills with a strong portfolio
• Solid experience in creating wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows and site maps
• Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, OmniGraffle, or other visual design and wire-framing tools
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for rapid prototyping.
• Excellent visual design skills with sensitivity to user-system interaction
• Ability to present your designs and sell your solutions to various stakeholders.
• Ability to solve problems creatively and effectively
• Up-to-date with the latest UI trends, techniques, and technologies

Role & responsibilities

• Should handle US Healthcare Physician Billing / Ambulance Billing Accounts Receivable.
• To work closely with the team leader.
• Ensure that the deliverables to the client adhere to the quality standards.
• Responsible for working on Denials, Rejections, LOA's to accounts, making required corrections to claims.
• Calling the insurance carrier & Document the actions taken in claims billing summary notes.
• To review emails for any updates
• Identify issues and escalate the same to the immediate supervisor
• Update Production logs.
• Strict adherence to the company policies and procedures.

Preferred candidate profile

• Min of 1+ year experience in US Medical Billing
• Should have strong knowledge in Healthcare concept.
• Should have good Verbal and Written communication skills.
• Excellent Knowledge on Denial management.
• Excellent Knowledge on Physician Billing / Ambulance Billing.
• Spot offer for the selected candidates.
• Should be proficient in calling the insurance companies.
• Meet the productivity targets of clients within the stipulated time.
• Ensure accurate and timely follow up on pending claims wherein required

What you will be working on: 

• You will be working on the next generation network security products, on various public clouds. 
• In addition to development, you will also get your hands involved in the architectural changes while fixing the legacy issues. 
• Planning, designing, integration for network security platforms. 

• Key contributor for developing product strategies and features. 
• You will work on hardcore data networking/forwarding areas while acquiring in depth knowledge in DPDK and VPP. 

Here are some technical skills required:  

• Programming languages : C/C++ 

• Work exp on DPDK and packet forwarding area. 
• Good understanding of Linux Kernel, Networking stack in the kernel. 
• Exposure to clouds like AWS, GCP is a big plus. 
• Understanding/Exposure to VPP is a big plus. 
• Strong in packet forwarding, Tunneling (IPsec, GRE, VxLAN) etc.
