As a thought leader and brand ambassador, the Head of the lab promotes the labs focus areas both internally and externally, embodying the qualities of leadership and innovation that inspire students and staff alike.

Develop and communicate a clear vision for the Innovation Labs, aligning with the institution’s strategic objectives.

Leadership and Management:

Engineer is responsible for the optimization and enhancement of wireless telecommunications networks.
Responsibilities:
Perform in RF Optimization activities with a help of Sr. Engineers.
Optimization of a WCDMA/LTE (3G/4G) network to trouble shoots and improves KPIs.
Understanding of Radio Resource Management functionalities (e.g. Admission Controls, Handover control, Capacity management, etc.).
Essential Qualification and Skills:
