Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and energetic individual to join our team as a Management Trainee. The ideal candidate will be a recent graduate with a strong academic background and a passion for learning and growth within the business sector. This position is designed to prepare individuals for a future managerial role within our company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Actively seeking new sales opportunities through networking, cold calling, and market research for sales prospecting.
• Identifying and cultivating potential clients to drive business growth in sales lead generation.
• Analyse business data, financial reports, and market trends to assist in decision-making processes.
• Efficiently managing insurance-related operations, ensuring compliance and optimising customer service in insurance ops.
• Assist in managing projects, overseeing operations, planning, and resource allocation.
• Develop problem-solving skills by addressing real-time business challenges and proposing effective solutions.
• Build and maintain professional relationships with colleagues, mentors, and clients.
• Participate in performance evaluations and receive constructive feedback for continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance, Marketing, Sales or related field.

• Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software

Job Summary: - This is not a hardcore BPO job wherein you're required to take 100+ calls or chats. This is a Client Facing role and someone who has good communication skills is highly suitable for this position!

You would be alleviating our client's day-to-day responsibilities by: -

• Responding to emails and phone calls
• Scheduling meetings
• Booking travel and accommodations
• Managing a contact list
• Preparing customer spreadsheets and keeping online records
• Organizing managers’ calendars
• Performing market research
• Creating presentations, as assigned
• Addressing employees' administrative queries
• Providing customer service as the first point of contact

What we expect: - This is a 100% remote opportunity that requires working in the U.S. timezone. The VA role is one that doesn’t neatly fit within the confines of the “9 - 6 day”, so we’re looking for a go-getter who’s eager to be flexible and available, even outside traditional working hours. Must Have

Degree in Computer Science or related field.
3 - 4 years’ experience in Angular or React.
Expertise in responsive and adaptive front end design and development. Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and jQuery.
Experience is RESTful web services.
Understanding of key design principles.
Experience in version control using Git, CI-CD principles.
Good problem-solving skills.
Excellent verbal communication skills.
Good interpersonal skills.

Nice to have

Experience with graphic design applications such as Adobe Illustrator. Understanding of SEO principles.
Knowledge of Cloud technologies like AWS or Azure. 

Requirements:

• Passion for building and delivering great software with a strong sense of ownership.
• Good understanding into .Net Core and PS
• Minimum of two years of experience in building web applications using ASP.NET MVC and .NET platform in general.
• Should have strong UI development skills using HTML, CSS/JavaScript frameworks.-

     Good understanding of IIS configuration

• Strong experience with Build and Release, Agile processes and Estimation/Planning-
  
  Exposure to New Relic or similar tools to optimize web application performance
  Strong expertise in SQL programming, with experience of writing & optimizing queries that access/process millions of records-
