Salary: 0 months to 7 months - 3 LPA

8 months to 5 years - 4.8 LPA

Responsibility:

Identify and conduct communications activities to improve agent effectiveness and increase customer satisfaction.

Create focused communications to reinforce existing processes or introduce new ones.

Help manage the tools used for agent communications.

Good verbal and written communication Minimum 0 - 4 yrs voice customer service experience (not just any customer service), having been part of escalation desk in the past would be an added benefit Work from client location in bengalore on the basis of US shift.

Job Description:

  •  Hands-on experience in Salesforce CPQ and Salesforce Sales Cloud

  •  Strong understanding of CPQ calculation flow, renewals, amendments, and pricing behavior

  •  Ability to handle large quotes, complex pricing models, and performance constraints

  •  Knowledge of AI governance (guardrails, validation layers, audit logging, fallback mechanisms, responsible AI integration)

  •  Ability to evaluate AI-generated code/logic and suggest improvements

• Overall 3-6 years of experience in IT. 
• Strong understanding of Application admin / Software Development Life Cycle 
• ability to work with a technical team to meet sure deliverables everyday. 
•  Must have 1-2 years of an experience in working in IBM FileNet, IBM Data Capture, Oracle DB 
•  Prefer to have 1-2 years of experience WAS, HA Configuration, Cantera storage & EMC ECS storage. 
• Must stay current on IBM, Windows, WAS… versions. 
• must have experience in managing workflow having API CALLs & Documaker to FileNET 
• having support experience dealing with interfaces from internal and external sources.
