Job Description -

OVM AND SERVER TASKS

• Good Understanding about virtualization technology like VMware/OracleVM and Linux administration including installation, configuration, and maintenance.
• Using ITIL best practice that can be incorporated into the operational running of the IT system to include Change/incident/problem/capacity planning.
• NFS file sharing and the Linux automounter.
• Perform installation and configuration of operating systems, applications and storage provisioning.
• Process improvements and makes recommendations in continuous quality improvements.
• Deliver Changes to the UNIX platform by leveraging the change control process communicating and seeking approvals from business owners.
• Working closely with internal development teams, database teams and implementation teams to deliver a new solution.
•  Managing the 24*7 Production support.
• Troubleshooting problems related to Apache, Mail, DNS, FTP, MySQL, etc.
• Giving technical support and configure according to the requirement for the Development Team.
• Creation and execution of Shell (Bash) Script to make the work automate and to interact with databases.
• Solving login Problem, handling troubleshooting, installation and many more.
• Configure installation NIS/SAMBA/NFS setup with Active Directory integration and Provide support and Maintenance.

• Strong Product Designer profile, with both UI and UX works for B2C Products
• Mandatory (Experience 1) - Must have a 1+ YOE in end-to-end Product Design, including UX work like UX Research, User Persona, Workflows
• Mandatory (Experience 2) - Expertise in tools like Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, and others to create high-fidelity wireframes and prototypes
• Mandatory (Portfolio) - Must have a strong portfolio of UI/UX of Good B2C products. Portfolio must show detailed case studies including Wireframing, Prototype, Interaction Design and Visual Designs

Strong Brand Marketing Manager profiles, with experience with well-known B2C brands

Mandatory (Experience 1): Must have total 6+ YOE, and recent 3+ years working in end-to-end Brand Marketing (including Brand building, positioning, & brand strategy)

Mandatory (Experience 2): Must have strong hands-on experience in Brand Marketing for a Top / well-known B2C or Fintech brands

Mandatory (Core Skills): Must possess creative thinking, strong project management skills, and be execution-focused; should have managed brand campaigns including creative development, production, social content, media planning, and buying..

Mandatory (Education): Candidates from Top college like IIMs, ISB, MICA, VGSOM-IIT Kharagpur, IIT etc (Note: College can be ignored if candidate is from unicorn companies like Bharatpe, Unilever, Reliance, Groww etc)

Mandatory (Company): Well-know B2C Brands in FMCG, Fintech, BFSI, Consumer Tech, or Lifestyle brands.

Develop, record and maintain cutting edge web-based J2EE, JAVA applications.

Experience on Java Spring Framework is required.

Experience on Hibernate is required.

Experience on REST Services is required.

Object-oriented programming, design, and patterns.

Strong proficiency with:Relational database concepts and data modeling.

Good communication skills to interact with customer, understand their requirement, effectively record the requirement and implement the same.

• Hands-on technical designing, coding, and implementing product features.
• Strong experience in OOPS and MVC frameworks in PHP.

• Demonstrated ability to incorporate beneficial software design patterns.
• Basic understanding of front-end technologies (JavaScript, Ajax, etc.).
• Experience participating in agile and fast-paced software development methodologies.
• Experience in collaborating in a cross-functional agile team to solve challenging technical problems with innovative solutions.
• Train members on code development, optimization, and debugging techniques.
• Can do best code reviews in a team.
• Can do the best comprehension of business requirements and optimal utilization of available skills, tools, and resources.
• Ability to work independently in all phases of software development.

Relevant leadership experience of approx. 20+ years for similar scale, diversity and complexity
