Role: QA Manager

Location : HYD, BLR, NCR

Hybrid Mode - WFO – 3 days

Experience: 8+ years (with 3+ years in a QA leadership role)

Required Skills:

• 8+ years of QA experience, with deep exposure to Oracle EBS (11i/R12) modules.
• Solid knowledge of testing methodologies and test automation tools (e.g., Oracle ATS, Selenium, or UFT).
• Experience with QA processes for Oracle EBS customizations, interfaces, workflows, and concurrent programs.
• Hands-on experience with test management tools (e.g., HP ALM, JIRA, Zephyr).
• Strong understanding of ERP processes (Finance, SCM, HR).
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end QA strategy, planning, execution, and reporting for Oracle EBS modules.
• Manage a team of QA engineers (manual and automation) across multiple projects/releases.
• Collaborate with functional, development, and business teams to define test requirements.
• Develop test plans, test scripts, and automation strategies for Oracle EBS applications.
• Oversee defect tracking, resolution, and root cause analysis.
• Ensure quality and compliance with SOX, ITGC, and other regulatory standards.
• Support testing during Oracle patches, upgrades, and integrations.

What you will do

We’re looking for efficient Youtube Channel Managers who will help to take vision forward. The vision being to be the first ones in the market to bring exclusive and authentic content related to state-level exams.

So, you need to be someone ready to take up the responsibility of handling the overalls of multiple YouTube Channels across multiple states. As part of that, we’ll need you to: -

• Own the entire YouTube strategy and its implementation on multiple channels. Come up with effective growth strategies for sustained growth
• Manage the creators, content, and overall production of the videos that’ll go on the channel.
• Lead 4-6 people teams with a good mix of creative and technical skills

• Make data driven decisions and carry out regular data analysis 

You should apply if you

• Bring your A-Game: Is analytically strong with an understanding of content and domain knowledge. Candidates who can innovate in limited budgets will be preferred!
• Know the yard: Should have worked on brand or content strategy in the digital domain. An experience of 2-3 years is required. Having significant Youtube Experience is ideal.
• Are stacked with the necessary skills: Mid level data analysis skills, the skill to to manage a team of 4-6 people, and some basic excel will do the job.

 What You'll Do

• Ability to create tools, microsite, DevOps, and technical solutions for testing.
• Experience in Object-Oriented Analysis, Design(OOAD), and development of software using UML Methodology, good knowledge of J2EE design patterns and Core Java design patterns.
• Analyze test logs; create test reports, co-ordinate with stakeholders
• Experience in web application and device test automation using Selenium, Robotium, Appium, or any equivalent tool/s.
• Strong experience with Agile development incorporating Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery, utilizing technologies such as GIT, Maven, Jenkins, Chef, Sonar, PowerMock.
•  Design and build scalable automated test frameworks and test suites working across technologies.
• Debugging of any issue faced.
• GoLang, Docker, Kubernetes experience is good to have
• Perform manual testing, the scope of which will encompass all functionalities of services as a prequel to automation
• Experience working closely with development and business teams to communicate impacts and to understand business requirements

What you should have 

• A Bachelor's or Master's degree with 2 – 6 years of experience as a Developer or SDET.
• Comfortable communicating cross-functionally and across management levels in formal and informal settings.
• Ability to effectively articulate technical challenges and solutions.
• Shows creativity and initiative to improve product coverage and effectiveness.
• Ability to work in teams.
• Deal well with ambiguous/undefined problems; ability to think abstractly.
• Go-getter attitude.

• Experience building large scale, large volume services & distributed apps., taking them through production and post-production life cycles
• Experience in Programming Language: Java 8, Javascript
• Experience in Microservice Development or Architecture
• Experience with Web Application Frameworks: Spring or Springboot or Micronaut
• Designing: High Level/Low-Level Design
• Development Experience: Agile/ Scrum, TDD(Test Driven Development)or BDD (Behaviour Driven Development) Plus Unit Testing
• Infrastructure Experience: DevOps, CI/CD Pipeline, Docker/ Kubernetes/Jenkins, and Cloud platforms like – AWS, AZURE, GCP, etc
• Experience on one or more Database: RDBMS or NoSQL
• Experience on one or more Messaging platforms: JMS/RabbitMQ/Kafka/Tibco/Camel
