Revit

Candidates possessing knowledge of both SOLIDWORKS and Revit will be strongly preferred. However, candidates proficient in either software and willing to learn the other are also encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

 Develop accurate 3D models and technical drawings using SOLIDWORKS and/or Revit.

 Prepare engineering drawings, design layouts, shop drawings, and project documentation.

 Coordinate with project teams and support design development activities.

 Review and update drawings as per project requirements.

 Generate schedules and supporting design documentation.

 Preferred Candidate Profile

 Strong working knowledge of SOLIDWORKS and/or Revit.

 Good understanding of technical drawings and 3D modelling principles.

 Attention to detail and willingness to learn.

 Good communication and coordination skills.

Job Summary: Focus on supporting audit processes with regulatory bodies including RBI, Banks, and other financial institutions. Maintain compliance with multiple frameworks such as ISO 27001, PCI-DSS etc. Conduct regular internal security assessment & provide InfoSec training.  

Required Skills and Knowledge

Required Experience /Qualifications

• Previous exposure to regulatory audits is highly desirable.

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Information Security, or related field.

Certifications (Any one of the following preferred):

• CompTIA Security+

• CISA

• ISO 27001 Lead Auditor

• Other Industry Certifications 

Principal Duties/Responsibilities

• Act as a liaison between external auditors and internal teams during regulatory audits.

• Coordinate with RBI auditors, banking auditors, and other regulatory bodies.

• Prepare comprehensive audit evidence packages according to regulatory requirements.

• Maintain audit calendars and tracking systems for various regulatory assessments.

• Create and maintain audit trails for all regulatory interactions.

• Assist in maintaining compliance with multiple frameworks: Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCIDSS) ISO 27001 Information Security Management System RBI's Cyber Security Framework Banking regulatory requirements

• Help conduct regular internal assessments against compliance requirements.

• Support the implementation and documentation of security controls

• Monitor compliance status and help prepare compliance dashboards

• Support internal security assessments and reviews: Access control reviews User privilege assessments Security configuration reviews

Policy compliance checks

• Document security findings and observations

• Help create and maintain security control documentation

• Perform risk assessment.

We are seeking a Senior Graphic Designer with 5+ years of experience who can lead creative execution across branding, digital campaigns, and marketing communication. The role involves translating strategic briefs into visually powerful creatives that drive engagement and business impact.

The candidate will be responsible for designing social media creatives, ad campaigns, brand identities, brochures, presentations, and print collaterals while maintaining strong visual consistency across all platforms. You will collaborate closely with marketing, content, and performance teams, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and ensure high-quality output under tight deadlines.

This role also includes mentoring junior designers, contributing creative ideas during campaign planning, and continuously improving design standards within the team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Generation through platforms like LinkedIn, Upwork, Freelancer, Email Marketing, and Cold Outreach
• Identify new business opportunities and potential clients in US, UK, Canada, Australia, and other global markets
• Develop and execute strategies for new business development through direct sales, partnerships, and marketing initiatives
• Write compelling proposals and pitch decks for client presentations
• Work closely with the technical team to craft custom IT solutions for clients
• Maintain CRM tools and track leads, follow-ups, and deal status

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 3–5 years of BDM or Sr. BDE experience in an IT services company
• Proven track record in lead generation, client engagement, and sales closures
• Familiarity with platforms like Upwork, Freelancer, Clutch, LinkedIn Sales Navigator
• Strong communication and negotiation skills (verbal & written)
• Good understanding of IT services: Web Development, Mobile Apps, SaaS, Cloud, eCommerce, etc.
• Experience working with international clients (B2B sales)
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field

Requirements:

• Minimum 01-year front-end IB experience OR 02 years, back-end investment banking experience.
• Graduate in any discipline / MBA (preference to rank holding or pedigree institute) / CA.

•Experience in Industrial IB or Tech & IT services IB.

Should be able to take responsibility and work independently.
