Sr Associate - Inside Sales

The QA specialist is responsible for daily product testing, ensuring high-quality standards, and reporting issues directly to the Team Leader.

• Test the product every day to identify defects and ensure functionality.
• Assure the quality of the product by adhering to quality standards and specifications.
• Communicate proactively with the Team Leader (TL) for all identified issues, bugs, and status updates.

Position Overview The Sales Development Representative is the initial interface between the Company's Customers/Prospects and Sales team. The SDR should be able to generate qualified leads for the sales team to pursue, through different outreach methods, including social (LinkedIn). What You Bring to the Table ✓ Have demonstrated engaging with C-level and VP-level connects for SaaS and ERP Software companies. ✓ Proven track record of generating consistent pipeline against monthly, quarterly and annual targets. ✓ Able to communicate clearly and convey necessary information effectively in English and a local language. ✓ Skilful Objection handling on calls, promote/sell ideas persuasively, and close transactions with mutually beneficial results. ✓ Experience working with sales, marketing and product team to understand and convey product value-add, benefits and outcomes to prospects/customers. ✓ Possesses strong organizational and time management skills, driving tasks to completion. ✓ Experience working with tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, Sales Navigator, Lusha, ZoomInfo, Outreach. ✓ Able to constructively work under stress and pressure when faced with high workloads and deadlines. ✓ Able to maintain and promote social, ethical, and organizational standards in internal collaboration and external business activities. ✓ Able to work independently with minimum supervision. ✓ Able to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information. ✓ Hands-on experience using AI tools for sales and marketing activities such as prospect identification, account research, personalized content creation, email drafting, and outreach automation. ✓ Familiarity with AI-enabled platforms such as OpenAI (ChatGPT), HubSpot AI features, Salesforce Einstein, Apollo.io, Clay, or similar tools to improve prospecting efficiency and campaign effectiveness. ✓ Ability to use AI-generated insights while maintaining accuracy, personalization, and professional judgment in customer communications. ✓ Experience prospecting into Supply Chain & Logistics head/decision makers is an added advantage. • Graduation in planning/ engineering /environment management / water resource management /planning / science and preferably with a master's degree in relevant field.

• Should have experience of working in sanitation projects. Herein sanitation will include both solid & liquid waste management.

• Assist in revision and conceptualization of other incremental interventions that will improve the experience of pilgrims.

• Support the Authority in Open Defecation Free (ODF) and odour free with adequate toilet facilities.

• Support in financial sustainability, including cost optimisation and improving overall performance of the Client.

• Assist in sector-wise citing of toilets in Mela area.

• Drafting SOPs for installation, Operation and maintenance of multiple inventories of toilets like FRP (Fiber-Reinforced Plastic) toilets, Stainless Steel toilets, Kannath Toilets, Mobile Toilets, Tin toilets, Urinals etc. ensuring compliance to NGT guidelines.

• Capacity building of the Swacchagrahis (Sanitation Volunteers) through regular trainings and orientations for Clean, Open Defecation Free and odour free Mela.

Responsibilities:

1. Design, develop, and optimize machine vision algorithms.

2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and contribute to the development of vision-based applications.

3. Work on image/video processing, feature extraction, object detection, and recognition algorithms.

4. Implement and deploy machine vision solutions for real-world applications.

5. Conduct testing and validation of vision systems to ensure robust performance.

6. Stay updated on the latest advancements in computer vision and DL/ML technologies.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Electronics Engineering, or a related field.

2. Proven experience of 1-3 years in machine vision domain.

3. Strong programming skills in languages such as Python, etc.

4. Knowledge of image processing libraries and frameworks (OpenCV, SciPy, etc.).

5. Familiarity with hardware integration for vision systems.

6. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

7. Good communication and collaboration skills.

Additional Skills (Preferred):

1. Experience with deep learning techniques for computer vision.

2. Knowledge of 3D vision and point cloud processing.

4. Understanding of industrial automation and robotics.

Lead the team in implementing goals, strategies, and initiatives that focus on providing exceptional diet & wellness services.

Clinical Expertise:

Utilize advanced knowledge and expertise in nutrition and dietetics to assess patients' nutritional needs, interpret diagnostic results, and create tailored diet plans.

Counselling to educate clients/ patients on appropriate diets and regular health test to enhance and maintain optimum health. Monitor and review the progress of client/patients

after every meeting. Guide client/patient on regular basis and record behavioral /dietary/activity deviations with endorsement from time to time.

Team Management:

Lead and manage the dietetic team, providing guidance, mentorship, and professional development opportunities.

Foster a collaborative and positive work environment that encourages growth and ensures each team member's contribution is valued.

Collaboration with Healthcare Professionals:

Work closely with other healthcare professionals, including Clinicians, and other healthcare specialist. Collaborate in the diagnosis and treatment planning process, integrating diet & wellness services seamlessly with other medical interventions.

Quality Assurance and Compliance:

Establish and maintain rigorous quality assurance standards for all dietetic services. Ensure that the department adheres to relevant regulations, ethical guidelines, and company standards to provide accurate and reliable services.

Customer Service & Engagement:

Represent the significance of diet & wellness. Participate in public events, seminars, and camps to raise awareness about the role of die & wellness in overall well-being.

Ensure patients and clients receive compassionate, empathetic, and respectful care. Implement strategies to enhance the customer experience and maintain a high level of satisfaction.

Ensure customer satisfaction and feedback ratings to be achieved as per given standards.

Data Analysis and Reporting:

Oversee the collection and analysis of data related to diet & wellness outcomes and department performance.

Prepare reports and present findings to inform decision-making and demonstrate the impact of the dietetic department's interventions.
