About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Oracle Fusion HCM Functional Consultant with strong expertise in Oracle Fusion HCM implementations and support projects. The candidate should possess excellent functional knowledge across core HCM modules and be capable of handling requirement gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, and client interactions independently.
Key Responsibilities
· Work on Oracle Fusion HCM implementation, rollout, enhancement, and support projects.
· Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into functional solutions.
· Configure Oracle Fusion HCM modules as per business requirements.
· Prepare functional design documents, setup documents, test scripts, and user training materials.
· Coordinate with technical teams for integrations, reports, and customizations.
· Conduct CRP/UAT sessions and support end-user training activities.
· Provide production support and resolve functional issues within SLA timelines.
· Interact directly with business users and stakeholders across global projects.
· Support data migration and validation activities.
· Collaborate with cross-functional Oracle teams when required.
Required Skills
· 8+ years of overall Oracle HCM experience with strong experience in Oracle Fusion HCM.
· Strong functional expertise in Core HR, Absence Management, Payroll, Talent Management, Compensation, Performance Management, and Recruitment / ORC.
· Experience in at least 2–3 end-to-end Oracle Fusion HCM implementations.
· Strong understanding of HCM business processes and best practices.
· Experience in requirement gathering, fit-gap analysis, and solution design.
· Good knowledge of HDL/HSDL, OTBI, BI Reports, and integrations.
· Ability to work independently and manage client communications.
· Excellent analytical, communication, and documentation skills.
Preferred Qualifications
· Oracle Fusion HCM Certification preferred.
· Experience working with global clients/projects is an advantage.
· Exposure to integration tools and reporting solutions is preferred.
Candidate Criteria
· Candidate must be based in or willing to work from the Delhi-NCR region.
· Notice period should not exceed 30 days.

Should have worked extensively on minimum 3-4 Technology Adapters like File, Database, Oracle ERP & FTP adapter
Should have excellent skill in Web Service technologies such as XML, XPath, XSLT, SOAP, WSDL, and XSD
Experience in all phases of software development lifecycle from gathering requirements to documentation, testing, implementation and support Ability to troubleshoot technical and configuration issues
Should be able to communicate effectively with the functional & technical groups and various technical team members.
