Role Summary

We are looking for an experienced SAP CI (Convergent Invoicing) Senior Consultant with strong hands-on experience in SAP BRIM CI implementation and AMS support. The candidate should be comfortable working in highly customized SAP landscapes and possess cross-domain BRIM knowledge to support complex billing and invoicing scenarios.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and support SAP CI (Convergent Invoicing) activities across implementation and AMS projects
• Work on end-to-end BRIM CI processes, including configuration, enhancements, and support
• Handle incident management, problem management, and service requests in AMS engagements
• Analyze and troubleshoot issues in highly customized BRIM systems
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (BRIM-CC, CM, SOM, ABAP) to ensure seamless integration
• Support billing, invoicing, and revenue-related processes within BRIM landscape
• Assist business and functional teams in root cause analysis and solution design
• Prepare and maintain functional specifications, solution documents, and KT materials
• Support testing activities (unit testing, integration testing, UAT) and defect resolution

Required Skills & Experience

• 6–10 years of overall SAP experience with strong focus on SAP CI
• Hands-on experience in SAP BRIM CI implementation and AMS support projects
• Strong knowledge of SAP BRIM architecture and end-to-end flow
• Experience working in highly customized SAP BRIM environments
• Cross-domain BRIM knowledge (BRIM-CC, CM, SOM, ABAP – exposure preferred)
• Good understanding of integration points within BRIM and with other SAP modules
• Ability to work independently and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills

Good to Have

• Exposure to SAP S/4HANA BRIM
• Basic understanding of ABAP debugging in BRIM-related issues
• Experience working with global customers and large AMS engagements

Job Summary:

An experienced Consultant specializing in Oracle Fusion Cloud, specifically in Oracle Time and Labor (OTL) and Absence Management. The role involves providing functional expertise and consultation to clients, ensuring optimal use of Oracle solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide expert consultation on Oracle Fusion Cloud - OTL (Oracle Time and Labor) Management functionalities.
• Good understanding of writing Fast Formula
• Understanding of Absences will be good to have
• Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs and translate them into Oracle solutions.
• Conduct workshops and training sessions for clients to maximize their use of Oracle systems.
• Develop and implement customized Oracle solutions to meet client requirements.
• Ensure the successful integration of Oracle solutions with existing client systems.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
• Proven experience in Oracle Fusion Cloud, focusing on OTL.

Job Title: Golang Engineer

Required:

·      Demonstrable experience in at least one back-end type safe programming language (Golang Preferred but other experience can be considered).

·      Comfortable/experienced with back-end micro-service architecture and communication, specifically REST and asynchronous messaging services (e.g., Kafka, RabbitMQ etc.)

·      Comfortable/experience within a Scrum framework working with as part of a team to deliver business functions and customer journeys that are tested and automated throughout the CICD pipeline to production

Desired:

·      Bachelors Degree in computer science, computer engineering, or other technical discipline, or equivalent work experience.

Job Summary

Oracle HCM – Oracle Fusion Cloud – UK Payroll (Functional) and Fast Formula (Functional) Consultant-Oracle responsible for implementing, configuring, and supporting UK Payroll solutions on Oracle Fusion Cloud, with a focus on Fast Formula-driven rules and calculations. 

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver end-to-end implementations of Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM UK Payroll, including requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, and deployment. Must be well versed with Fast Formula for payroll.

• Configure and maintain UK Payroll elements, balances, payroll definitions, statutory calculations, and legislative updates in Oracle Fusion Cloud.

• Design, develop, and optimize Oracle Fusion Fast Formulas for payroll calculations, validations, absence, time and labor, and other HCM-related rules.

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand UK payroll processes, statutory requirements, and compliance needs, and translate them into Oracle Fusion solutions.

• Perform impact analysis and implement changes for UK legislative updates, HMRC requirements, and other statutory changes in payroll.

• Conduct system testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT) for payroll and Fast Formula changes, ensuring accuracy and compliance.

• Provide production support for UK payroll cycles, including payroll run issue resolution, reconciliation, and post-payroll activities.

• Work closely with technical teams on integrations between Oracle Fusion HCM and third-party systems (e.g., HR, finance, time and attendance, benefits).

• Prepare functional design documents, configuration workbooks, test scripts, and user guides for UK Payroll and Fast Formula solutions.

• Train and support end users, payroll teams, and HR stakeholders on Oracle Fusion UK Payroll functionalities and best practices.

• Ensure robust controls, audit readiness, and data accuracy across all UK payroll processes implemented in Oracle Fusion Cloud.

• Participate in solution reviews, quality checks, and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance payroll efficiency and user experience.

• Good understanding of Oracle HCM Cloud data model, security, and reporting related to payroll.

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, HR, Finance, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

• Relevant Oracle HCM Cloud certifications in UK Payroll and/or Fast Formula are preferred.

• Strong analytical and debugging skills for resolving payroll calculation and Fast Formula issues.

• Comfortable working in an onshore–offshore delivery model and interacting with UK-based stakeholders.
