Required Skills & Qualifications

2–3 years of professional experience as a Graphic Designer

Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and layout design

Good communication and presentation skills

Ability to take feedback positively and iterate designs

Basic knowledge of video editing or motion graphics is a plus

Role Overview:

We are looking for a skilled Proposal Writer to join our team in Mumbai. The ideal candidate will have experience within the trading or broking industry, and be responsible for creating, managing, and

coordinating business proposals, RFP/RFI responses, and client documentation that effectively communicate Tradelab’s offerings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Draft, edit, and manage responses to RFPs, RFIs, and client proposals.

• Collaborate with sales, product, and technical teams to gather relevant information.

• Develop persuasive content that clearly articulates product value propositions.

• Maintain a repository of standard proposal content, case studies, and templates.

• Ensure all proposals comply with client requirements and company branding guidelines.

• Support the sales and business development teams with presentation materials and documentation.

• Continuously update knowledge of trading and brokerage products and services.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Communications, or related field.

• Up to 5 years of experience as a Proposal Writer, preferably in trading, broking, or fintech.

• Strong understanding of financial markets, trading platforms, and brokerage operations.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Strong attention to detail, organization, and time management.

• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

• Ability to work cross-functionally with multiple teams and meet deadlines.

• Crafting the performance marketing strategy for the company and managing the overall online marketing calendar around the same
• Managing all online properties of the brand
• Measuring ROI and a set of other KPIs, based on in-depth analysis of standard digital metrics
• Liaising with multiple agencies, as well as internal offline and traditional marketing teams to devise and execute innovative marketing campaigns throughout the year
  
  

• 5+ years experience in Digital Marketing with experience in Digital Advertising, Website Management, Lead Generation, and/or Lifecycle Marketing
• Experience with problem-solving and analytical skills including conducting qualitative and quantitative research, analyzing data, data visualization, developing hypotheses, synthesizing insights & recommendations
• Experience with digital and web analytics and data tracking tools (e. g., Google Analytics, ) and SQL
• Website management and technology experience including CMS, HTML, CSS, and Javascript
• Experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media, and/or display advertising campaigns
• Experience using various Facebook Interfaces: Ads Manager, Power Editor, Business Manager, Page Insights
• Experience with ad serving tools and DSPs (e. g., DoubleClick, Adobe Advertising Cloud)
• Experience working both strategically as well as in an executional capacity to build and deploy the campaign
• Experience presenting ideas to several stakeholders at once
• Experience collaborating and coordinating with internal and external cross-functional teams
• Experience with digital marketing and digital measurement latest trends and best practices

Resource: Content Manager

Location: Mumbai(On-site)

Qualification: BA/MA(English)/Degree in Mass Communication/Bachelor's degree in Engineering

No. of years of Experience: Min. 2 years experience in Website maintenance and Content Management

Certification / Knowledge :

• Should be proficient in all of the following languages : English, Hindi and Marathi
• Exposure to content management for Government websites preferred.
