Role Summary

We are looking for a Senior OIC Developer with 5 to 8 years of experience to design, develop, and deliver enterprise integration solutions using Oracle Integration Cloud Gen3. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in OIC, relational databases, and integrations across Oracle Cloud Warehouse Management System, Oracle Fusion, and Oracle Transportation Management. This role requires someone who can translate business requirements into scalable technical designs, lead project execution, and collaborate effectively with functional and technical stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, deploy, and support integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud Gen3.

• Convert business and functional requirements into integration designs, technical specifications, mappings, and implementation plans.

• Build and maintain integrations between OIC, OCWMS, Oracle Fusion, OTM, relational databases, and other enterprise systems.

• Work with REST, SOAP, database adapters, file-based integrations, transformations, mappings, lookups, error handling, and monitoring capabilities in OIC.

• Lead small to medium integration work streams, coordinate with cross functional teams, and ensure timely delivery of project milestones.

• Perform troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, performance tuning, and production support for integration issues.

• Follow integration best practices for security, reusability, scalability, observability, documentation, and change management.

• Collaborate with business analysts, functional consultants, architects, developers, and support teams to deliver reliable integration solutions.

Must-Have Skills

 • Strong hands-on experience with Oracle Integration Cloud Gen3.

• Strong hands-on experience with relational databases and SQL.

• Experience integrating OIC with OCWMS, Oracle Fusion.

 • Experience leading a project or integration work stream.

• Ability to convert requirements into clear technical designs and implementation plans.

• Good understanding of integration patterns, data mapping, API-based integrations, error handling, monitoring, and debugging.

• Strong communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder coordination skills.

Good-to-Have Skills

• Functional knowledge of OCWMS, Oracle Transportation Management, and Oracle Fusion applications.

• Awareness of AI capabilities in Oracle Integration Cloud, including natural language-assisted development, AI-assisted troubleshooting, and OCI AI service actions.

• Familiarity with cloud computing concepts and cloud-native integration approaches.

 • Oracle Integration Cloud certification.

• Familiarity with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure, including basic understanding of OCI services, security, connectivity, and deployment concepts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.

• 5 to 8 years of relevant experience in integration development, preferably with Oracle Integration Cloud.

• Oracle Integration Cloud certification is required.

• Experience in Oracle SCM, logistics, warehouse management, transportation, or enterprise application integration projects will be an advantage.
